Alberto has over 19 years of advisory experience. He is an established leader of strategy, operations, business development, financial management, performance improvement with deep accounting and international experience. Specifically, he advises multinational clients regarding complex business situations and transactions, leveraging financial, accounting, operational, and economic analysis. Prior to founding The AC 3 Group, Alberto was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Financial Advisory Services. He was with both the New York and Seattle offices. He also served as chief of staff to one of the National Line of Service Leader at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Alberto has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BSE in Accounting and Decision Sciences from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Alberto is a CPA and speaks Spanish and Cantonese Chinese. Alberto's international experiences include clients located in Mexico, Argentina, Turkey, India, Germany, China, etc.

Alfonso is a co-founder of The AC 3 Group. Alfonso has been a management consultant for over 13 years. His engagements focus on financial and strategic topics, including corporate finance, product development, product lifecycle management, market assessments, and strategic planning (product and corporate). Alfonso has an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a BSE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, he is a CFA charterholder. He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the CFA Institute.

Brooks King

Joan Lau

Dr. Lau has worked in the pharmaceuticals and medical device industry for nearly 20 years. Prior to joining Ansaris, Dr. Lau was at Merck & Co. where she held roles of increasing responsibility in R&D Project Management, Portfolio Management, and Business Development. During this period, she played significant roles in leading preclinical and early clinical programs and managing the neuroscience drug discovery and development portfolio. Later, she managed global business development activities for the Merck Vaccines and Infectious Diseases division. Most recently, she had responsibilities related to scientific integration in the Office of the President, Merck Research Laboratories. Dr. Lau previously worked in medical device development at Zimmer, Inc. Dr. Lau received her MBA from the Wharton School of Business. She also holds a PhD in Medical Neuroscience and a BS in Bioengineering, and maintains an adjunct faculty appointment at the University of Pennsylvania.

He served as co-director of the Center for Fertility and Reproductive Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and also served on faculty at both Stanford University and UCLA. He has had extensive academic career focusing on polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) research and endometriosis-related infertility. Dr. Kao received his clinical training in Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Georgetown University in DC, and fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Pennsylvania, where he also earned his PhD for his research in molecular biology focusing on human placental development. He is board certified in both general obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Born in Taipei, Taiwan, Dr. Kao is also fluent in both Mandarin and Taiwanese languages. Dr. Kao has authored more than 70 articles and book chapters and continues his research interests in human embryo implantation mechanism. He is an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (SREI), and the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART).

Matthew DeLuca

Mr. DeLuca has spent the last 16 years in the data & technology market. He began his career in technology at Sun Microsystems after which he joined CommVault Systems in 1997.
