Mark Olsavsky

Job Titles:
  • Quality Manager
Mark Olsavsky is the Quality Manager for ACA Engineering. He has been with ACA Engineering for 15 years with experience in quality assurance/quality control testing of concrete, soil, asphalt, masonry, and aggregates. He currently manages the day to day operations of ACA's AASHTO and US Army Corp of Engineers certified laboratory. These duties include workflow, sample testing, sample management, equipment calibrations, purchasing, updating of quality systems, audits and training. He also provides training and support for filed activities as well. Mr. Olsavsky also serves as ACA's Radiation Safety Officer.

Mark W. Murphy

Mark W. Murphy, Project Manager is a Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in highway construction and land development. Mark forges strong client relations with utilities, contractors, PennDOT, construction managers, architects, and owners to define the scope of work from bid proposal through project completion. He has supervised and coordinated between in-house workforce of engineers, technicians, laborers, and administrative staff. He possesses technical experience and expertise of regulations of building codes, ASTM and AASHTO Standards for bridge, heavy highway, commercial, industrial, academic, and health care facilities.

Michael G. Suchar - President

Michael T. Burke

Michael T. Burke, Environmental Professional is a geologist and has over 30 years experience in environmental engineering with a background in environmental geology. Currently, he is responsible for environmental project management, including Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments, stockpile contaminant testing, asbestos site inspections, and site characterization reports.

Michael Z. McLain - VP

Job Titles:

Michael Z. McLain, P.E., Vice President is the head of ACA's geotechnical department and has performed geotechnical engineering services, segmental retaining wall designs and construction materials testing and inspection services on many airports, parking garages, educational facilities, shopping centers, roadways, apartments, wastewater treatment plants, and residential houses. He has performed shallow and deep foundation design, retaining wall design, slope stability analysis, pavement design and engineering evaluation of construction materials including soils, concrete, masonry, fireproofing, structural steel and asphalt.

Scott Antosh

Job Titles:
  • Construction
Scott Antosh EIT, Construction Services Manager, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of ACA's CM/CI group and assists the Testing and Inspection group. For both groups he performs business development, generates proposals, reviews reports, and manages projects. Mr. Antosh has over 20 years experience in the construction inspection and materials testing industry.
