Bella is a chartered accountant with over 19 years' experience in oil and gas and utility industries. She is affiliated with Waikato-Tainui and Ngāti Maniapoto and has a Masters in Management Studies from Waikato University.

David Hunt

David is an economist with extensive public and private sector experience for both government and business organisations. Since 2006 David has been a consulting director at Concept Consulting Group, a firm that specialises in providing advice on carbon, energy and utility-sector issues. In this role David has led assignments for governments and businesses in New Zealand, Australia and Singapore. He has a BA Hons (First Class) in Economics and a BA in Statistics, both from Massey University.

Dr Helen Nott

Helen is an experienced company director. She holds a BSc (Bachelor of Science, Mathematics and Computer Science) from the University of Queensland, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Engineering) from Murdoch University. Helen brings 20 years' international advisory experience and experience in insurance, health and disability sport sectors. Dr Tracey Batten

Mark Cross

Pat is a very experienced lawyer and consultant for Corporate Advisory at Russell McVeagh. He has advised Crown agencies, and SOE's on some of the most complex public and private sector transactions and litigation, including the integration of commercial and government objectives.
