Brad Denison - CEO

Brad Denison joined Benefit Marketing Solutions in 2006 as their general counsel. Denison had formerly been senior vice president and general counsel for Rent-A-Center, the world's largest rent to own company. During his tenure with RAC, Denison had oversight responsibilities for their membership program. Prior to his employment at RAC, Denison worked extensively in insurance and litigation. Denison has a B.S. in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas.

Brandon Vining - VP

Brandon Vining's experience in operations stretches over 30 years. Brandon joined Aon Benefit Solutions in 2007, (then known as Alliance HealtchCard,) taking responsibility for the development and execution of the company's information technology, membership fulfillment and customer service strategies in support of program sales. Brandon manages teams which service more than one million customers in the United States and Canada.

James MacAlpine

James MacAlpine began his rent-to-own career in 1985. His experience includes 15 years of operations with RAC, Chief Operating Officer and partner of a regional rental chain, Senior Vice President and Executive Director of RentDirect Nationwide and Chief Marketing Officer of WayBeyond Rewards. His success within the industry has led to multiple board positions and awards, including APRO's Vendor of the Year.

Jeremy Morton

Jeremy Morton is responsible for the oversight and general management of client delivery and claims. He is also the relationship and project manager for various Aon Benefit Solutions' clients. Jeremy has over 20 years experience leading Fortune 50 organizations in contact center administration, retail private label partnerships, business development and support. His experience with membership programs began in 2008 when he joined Aon Benefit Solutions, (then known as Access Plans.) Prior to this, Jeremy worked for 13 years in various facets of senior leadership in the credit industry.

Melissa Hopkins

Melissa Hopkins is the Director of New Business Development and responsible for growing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities. She helps implement new projects and cultivates existing client relationships to encourage growth. Melissa joined our predecessor Access Plans in 2007. In 2012 Access Plans became part of Aon plc. Prior to joining Aon Benefit Solutions, Melissa worked for 10 years at United American Insurance Company as their Agent Licensing & Services Manager. Susan Matthews

Susan Matthews' experience with membership programs began in 1984 after graduating with a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma. She worked alongside Danny Wright in all areas of planning and formation of the first membership program for rent-to-own stores. Matthews' creativity lent Benefit Marketing Solutions its' design while her business acumen contributed the service philosophy behind the company's administration. She is a leader in the industry being recognized as Vendor of the Year and in 2014 was inducted into the TRIB Hall of Fame.
