We provide Opera training on-site using the customer's own live data so that we are assisting with the implementation and being productive at the same time as teaching the system. It is our experience that this process assists our customers to become productive more quickly than any other method. To enhance this process we provide the training in half-day sessions. This helps with the retention of information as people can then practice what they have been taught and they do not go into "overload". We restrict the number of students on each course to a maximum of 4 except under special request...
