Anil Bhakri

Anil is the Managing Director of ADS Care. Within this role, Anil combines his passion for disability care, fuelled by his previous experiences as a Care Support Worker, and strong commercial acumen from his time at multinational companies in senior Sales Management roles. Anil is committed to adopting a people-centred approach, consistently finding ways to deliver higher levels of care and safety for participants. This is complemented with his analytical and strategic expertise, allowing Anil to provide a unique perspective to improve standards within the industry and community.

Barbra McCauley

Barbra has worked for Complete Care Team since 2002 and have recently tasked with the establishing of the Blacktown Branch . As Branch Manager Barbra has been a key participant in the development and implementation of polices & procedures to assist the organisation in gaining and maintaining certification to the ACIS 2018 standards. I have been able to successfully grow the Blacktown branch whilst maintaining a strong commitment to providing High Quality Support to participants. Barbra is passionate about continuous improvement in the industry and I am looking forward to working with ACIA to support providers in the Aged and Disability sector to meet the quality service needs of participants with a focus on individualised care.

Damon Ashton - Treasurer

Damon has enjoyed long working relationships within the disability sector (30 years' experience) including but not limited to the Cerebral Palsy Alliance (formerly the Spastic Centre of NSW), Australian Quadriplegic Association and the Home Care Service of NSW. "These incredible organisations introduced me to some amazing people and some great ideas that helped shape the company I started in 2006. I have worked in various positions during my career including direct care and operational management."

Sue Cudmore - Chairman

Sue is a Registered Nurse, previously specialised in Paediatric and Neonatal care, with a Post Graduate Certificate in Neonatal Intensive Care and a Masters of Public Health (UNSW). Sue was selected to participate in a Leadership Scholarship Program (Disability Sector) - funded by NSW Department of Families and Community Services in 2014. Sue is the businesses lead subject matter expert on home care and disability support, and leads the organisations Risk, Clinical Governance and Quality functions. Sue has previously been a lead consultant providing onsite quality and accreditation support services to a number of hospitals and community centres, and has facilitated a number of hospital governance committees.

Tatum Steers

Tatum is an experienced Quality, Risk and Compliance Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the health care, education and not-for-profit sectors. Specific to the community sector, Tatum has held various senior positions including Operations Manager and Head of Quality at Aged & Disability care providers operating throughout Australia. Currently, Tatum works as an NDIS Approved Quality Auditor, and is Co-Founder of Hirey, an online marketplace for sourcing pre-screened Aged & Disability talent, ready for hire.

Trudy Minett

With 30 years of experience in personal injury insurance, Trudy Minett is an experienced executive managing schemes that support people with disability. She was the Chief Executive at the Motor Accident Commission and Lifetime Support Authority, as well as holding executive roles at ReturnToWorkSA. She has extensive experience in operational management, strategic planning, governance and risk management, and is committed to person-centred practices and decision-making.
