ACEIP was created in June 2004 to reunite all the European ex-alumni of Prof. Ivo Pitanguy, founder of the world's first plastic surgery academy. Our reunions have scientific and social aims, with the overall goal of continuing Professor Pitanguy's philosophies... Our members are professional plastic surgeons who have studied under Prof. Ivo Pitanguy. We believe in impeccable professionalism and the ethical practice of plastic surgery. You will find us in many European nations. We share the same philosophies: that plastic surgery, both reconstructive and aesthetic, must respect the harmony and forms of the human body.
