If you are a former patient of ACIRM and have embryos or sperm stored for future use at a cryo-storage facility, all of the laboratory information required by any fertility center is with the sperm and embryos at that cryo-storage facility. Your entire medical record has been transitioned to Shady Grove Fertility Centers. If you elect to seek your care elsewhere, your ACIRM records may be retrieved from Shady Grove Fertility Centers for that purpose...
