John Innes is the President of ACH Processing Company, a payment processing fintech company serving over 11,000 corporate clients and municipalities. Founded in May 1998, ACH Processing Company has been at the forefront of online payments processing services transacting over $20,000,000,000 billion in ACH transactions annually. As President of ACH, John leads the company's domestic and international operations, while overseeing new product innovation, research and development, and the payments product roadmap. Prior to ACH, John managed a billion-dollar portfolio of technology, media, and telecom investments and derivative securities at Highland Capital Management and was a Manager in the Global Financial Services practice at KPMG. Highly specialized in turnaround and restructuring strategies for distressed companies, John has served in financial advisory consulting in over 40 engagements. Currently, John serves on the Board for InterGen Data, Inc. an artificial intelligence platform that predicts life events for financial services and insurance companies. John is a CFA® Charterholder and earned an MBA in Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.A. from Boston University in International Relations and History. John is also recognized as an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), a certified expert in electronic payments.

Rich Donohue is Head of Sales at ACH Processing Company, a payment processing fintech company serving over 11,000 corporate clients and municipalities. As Head of Sales, Rich works closely with ACH's key clients and internal payments operations teams to design innovative solutions that drive growth and efficiencies through the entire ecosystem. With over 20 years of in the payments industry, Rich is an expert at designing innovative and tailored solutions for even the most complex clients. Before joining ACH, Rich served as President of Mifinity Payments and had roles at McAfee and Verifone. Rich studied marketing and attended The University of Texas at Arlington.

Ricky Sanchez serves as Managing Director and General Counsel at ACH Processing Company, a payment processing fintech company serving over 11,000 corporate clients and municipalities. Founded in May 1998, ACH Processing Company has been at the forefront of online payments processing services transacting over $20,000,000,000 billion in ACH transactions annually. As Managing Director, Ricky is responsible for compliance with corporate governance and contracts, as well as day to day management of company operations, policies, and procedures. Prior to ACH, Ricky served in the same capacity for D3G Capital Management, an alternative investment advisor. In addition, he is a former Portfolio Manager with Highland Capital Management where he created, developed, and led the Insurance Products Group. He successfully invested and managed a life settlement portfolio valued at over $1.3 billion. Ricky also developed and managed a Bermuda based reinsurance company and obtained extensive experience in structured finance and asset-backed securitization as an investment banker with Banc One Capital Markets, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and JP Morgan Chase. Ricky has a J.D. from Rutgers University Law School, an MBA in Finance from Tulane University, and a B.A. from Loyola University.
