Ben Vesta - CTO, Founder

Ben Vesta is the Chief Technology Officer at Aceyus. Since joining the Aceyus team in 2006, Ben has been the driving force behind software usability. His key focus is to make contact center reporting easy for Aceyus customers, including those without a background in programming and development. Ben is a natural innovator and is constantly looking for new and creative ways to improve customer experiences using technology. Prior to joining Aceyus, Ben spent many years in contact center operations and is uniquely suited to lead the development of reporting solutions that address the critical shortfalls in other contact center reporting dashboards. Ben attended Florida Atlantic University where he earned his degree in history. Following college, he spent time living in France, Holland, and London to learn more about medieval and Roman history. While history is his true passion, Ben's talent in software development and engineering paved the way to a career path in contact center software development. Outside of the office, Ben stays involved in his community by tutoring students, and enjoys spending time canoeing and watching historical movies.

Blair Habuda - CFO

Blair Habuda is the Chief Financial Officer at Aceyus. In his role, he is in charge of overseeing the profitability of the company and managing cash flow. Growing the company's value and looking towards the future to identify opportunities is his focus. These opportunities generally come in the form of product development and finding new investors. He worked in finance for the retail energy industry for numerous years before becoming the CFO for Aceyus. Outside of work, he is heavily involved with the leadership panel with an executive networking group. The panel organizes the monthly meetings, identifies important financial topics, finds speakers, and presents scholarships and awards, to new leaders. He also loves golfing, cooking, reading, and physical fitness because focusing on the mind and body is important to him.

Gary Shomo - VP of Sales

Gary Shomo is the Head of Sales for Aceyus. He is an accomplished sales executive with over 30 years in the software industry. He brings extensive sales strategy and leadership experience to the role. Responsible for sales, account management and sales operations, his key focus is to drive overall revenue growth for the organization through expanding relationships with existing customers and driving new revenue opportunities with industry prospects.

Michael Ary - CEO, Founder, President

Mike Ary, the President and CEO of Aceyus, has always had a primary focus on helping companies better understand the customer experience. He is dedicated to ensuring that Aceyus remains as relevant over the next five years as it has been for the past eighteen years by maintaining a customer-centric mindset. It is his primary goal to make certain that Aceyus stays close to customers by understanding how they utilize Aceyus products and the factors that drive their business objectives. After working for a call routing software startup called GeoTel, which was later bought by Cisco, Mike ventured out on his own and came up with the idea for a new project after he noticed that customers kept running into the same reporting challenges. He teamed up with co-founders Miles Hammond and Ben Vesta to develop simplified custom reporting dashboards for high-profile companies including AT&T and UPS. Over the last 20+ years, he has stuck close to the original driving force behind starting Aceyus by constantly focusing on improving and innovating to meet evolving customer needs. His personal points of pride are the great, long-lasting relationships his team has built over the years by treating their customers like people rather than accounts. Outside of Aceyus, Mike enjoys spending his time outdoors, fishing, kayaking, or at the beach. He also loves football. His all-time favorite team is the Kansas City Chiefs and he was thrilled to attend the Superbowl for the first time when they won in 2019.

Miles Hammond

Miles Hammond is the Chief Services Officer at Aceyus, overseeing internal operations to streamline the onboarding process for new customers. Once fully integrated into the Aceyus platform, Miles leads customers through the training processes. He works closely with the customers, educating them on the core functionalities of the Aceyus dashboard, and conducting interactive design meetings to ensure the customer is satisfied with the reporting. He prides himself on being part of "the team that provides." For nearly 20 years, Miles has played an extensive role in the development of the Aceyus brand and its advanced reporting and analytics capabilities. Prior to Aceyus, Miles spent several years as an NIT engineer at First Union National Bank, later acquired by Wachovia, before transitioning into an applications consulting role with Cisco. He left Cisco in 2003 to join forces with Mike Ary and began laying the groundwork for Aceyus. Miles has a passion for mechanics, and in his spare time enjoys working on and driving high-speed cars. He is also a Duke fan, born and bred, and works with the Duke University Talent Identification Program (Duke TIP) to provide academic support to young students.
