Taylor serves as our Business Analyst positioned to fuel the performance and margin objectives of Achilles Group. One of his roles is serving as a standing member of our TalentConnection services production and quality control team charged with the oversight and ongoing development of our TalentConnection Services. Taylor contributes his technical savvy to help the team utilize our applicant tracking system and to produce reports to enhance our focus, track orders, trouble shoot issues and improve our ability to deliver exceptional recruiting outcomes for our clients. Taylor also serves as our resident IT guru and resident power user and help desks for all of our systems. Another core responsibility for Taylor is working with an internal team to greatly expand our ability to design, develop and deliver a broad inventory of Leadership Training and Development content. Taylor brings to the effort solid business perspectives to identify technical needs and solutions. He also works to organize our inventory of content, facilitation tools and the resources needed to fully equip our colleagues as they deploy training for hundreds of client leaders at client location, virtually or hosted at our facilities.
