ACKURITLABS - Key Persons
Brandon Busby is our Service Technician who like his dad would tell you he needs a superpower, he would choose to fly to new places and to any service call he needs to get to. When Brandon has some free time, he enjoys listening to the Zac Brown Band and eating at El Jalisco's. After all of his installations are finished, Brandon kicks back watching a good movie like Forrest Gump. Brandon's favorite quote is "I walk slowly, but I never walk backwards. " - Abraham Lincoln.
Brooke Busby is our Director of Service and Operations here at Ackuritlabs. She enjoys the outdoors and plays with her dogs Luna and Rosco often. Brooke loves to hit the beach on her days off while eating all sorts of fresh fruit. Brooke also loves to spend time with her family having bonfires, pool parties and cooking different types of foods. Music is another passion of hers, for she appreciates culture and experiencing how others live life. Brooke lives by her own quote "Hang loose and surf the clouds."
Emily Urquidi is a QA Officer here at Ackuritlabs. She is always baking new treats and bringing them into the office to share. Emily loves to binge watch New Girl when she can and spend time with her cat, Cobalt. Emily would love to travel to Spain to visit distant relatives. Until then, this FSU graduate will stick to eating any tasty pastries she can find at Kool Beanz Cafe. Emily says, "Honesty is the best policy," and she tries to live by that every day.
Krystian Snype is a Microbiologist here at Ackuritlabs. She is a graduate from FAMU, the college of love and charity. She is a major foodie that loves to go to the local restaurants and try different kind of cuisine. Always yearning for knowledge, she is always learning a new skill whether it's another language or learning how to code. Krystian lives by the saying from Jeanette Epps, "Anything you don't know is going to be hard at first, but if you stay the course, put the time and effort in, it will become seamless eventually."
Mark Busby is our Service Manager who is always helping everyone he can. He usually drives while making calls and listening to his favorite band Alabama. If you ask Mark, he needs a superpower or two and he would choose to be a replication man so he could be everywhere helping all his clients. In Mark's free time, you'll catch him hanging out with his family and being the backyard grill master. Mark lives by a saying from Albert Einstein "A person who has never made a mistake, has never tried anything new."
Steve Holm is our Technical Director here at the lab and he enjoys doing his chemistry work while listening to Spotify. In Steve's spare time he enjoys cycling, hiking, camping and working in his yard. When he's not catching up on his favorite HULU shows, he's watching his alma mater FSU compete in just about every sport on the ACC network. Steve also enjoys reading, especially biographies, and one of his favorite sayings is "don't forget who you are and where you came from".
Todd Acker is our Laboratory and Technical Director. In addition to covering the business side and doing chemistry and microbiology analysis, Todd appreciates the outdoors from boating and fishing to walking in the woods with his dogs. If he's not enjoying nature, he is eating seafood and cheering on the Noles. When he is home relaxing he enjoys reading and being with family. Todd's favorite quote is "The race is not always to the swift, but to those who keep running."
