Brief Profile of Dr. Sheela Bhide:-Dr. Sheela Bhide is a retired Civil Servant belonging to the Indian Administrative Service, Andhra Pradesh Cadre of 1973 Batch. She has served Government of Andhra Pradesh and Government of India in various assignments over a period of 36 years. In Government of India, she has held the posts of Chairperson of the India Trade Promotion Organization under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Special Secretary and Financial Adviser in the Ministry of External Affairs, Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser in the Ministry of Defence and Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. In the Government of Andhra Pradesh, she was Principal Secretary in the Department of Industries and Commerce and Principal Secretary in the Department of Finance, besides several other posts held by her both in the field and in the Secretariat.
In 2008 she was awarded the Prime Minister's Award for Excellence in Public Administration. Dr. Sheela Bhide has a doctorate in International Trade from the Graduate Institute for International Studies and Development, Geneva, Switzerland. She holds a Master's degree in Economics from the George Mason University, Virginia, USA and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. At Harvard University, she was awarded the Josephine and Raymond Vernon Awards for Academic Excellence and Leadership at present she is the Chairperson of the Women Entrepreneurs International Trade and Technology Centre, Senior Adviser to the Indian Institute of Foundrymen, Senior Adviser to the Association of Lady Entrepreneurs of India, Independent Director on the Boards of Rane Holdings Ltd, Gati-Kintetsu Private Ltd and Suryoday Foundation.
DR. SUSHIL CHANDRA (Professional Director), aged 71 years, is M.A- Phd. Presently he is Director in Andhra Cement Ltd, Radials International Ltd- A business Associate of Michelin, France, Tip Top General Agencies Pvt Ltd- A Business Associate of Rema, Germany, Oswal Electricals and Group Industries, Faridabad.

Mr. Arun Kumar Gupta. aged 72 years is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He joined the Board of ACIL on 28.08.2000. He is the chairman of Audit Committee, Member of Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee (CSR), of the Company. He is a fellow member of ICAI and ICWA and was also nominated as member of central council of the ICAI from 1992-1995. He has been involved in providing management consultancy services to many companies for the past few years. He is having a long standing experience of more than three decades in various fields relating to tax planning, corporate re-structuring, and management information system and company law matters. Due to his vast experience in the field of tax planning, corporate re-structuring and management information system and company law matters, it is proposed to re-appoint him as Independent Director for another period of 5 years. Satyadeo Sharma aged 52 years having Masters in Civil Engineering with Honors from IIT Roorkie and has been to the credit of more than 29 years of Experience in multifarious activities relating to Construction Industry. MR.SHOBHIT UPPAL(Deputy Managing Director) aged 54 years is an Electrical Engineering graduate from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, India. He has to his credit, well over three (03) decades of experience in wide-ranging activities relating to construction and infrastructure industry including super structures, integrated townships, hospitals, hotels, commercial complexes, manufacturing facilities, and pipelines.
He has been instrumental in leading several mega-order wins and execution, paving its path to emerge as a leading construction player in the country. Under his able leadership, ACIL has transformed from being a plain civil construction Company to an EPC Company and this has helped it in carving a niche and unique identity for itself.
Under his leadership and guidance, ACIL' gross order book stands at over Rs. 10,000 crores, with project execution in 11 States catering to both private and public sector clients. Currently, ACIL is executing some of the largest healthcare projects in the country, aggregating to over One (01) Crore square feet of area having a construction value of over Rs. 6000 crores; once completed, these hospitals will have close to 6000 beds with world-class health facilities which includes AIIMS - Kalyani (Bengal); AIIMS - Nagpur (Maharashtra); AIIMS - Jammu; LTMG Hospital, Sion, (Mumbai); Govt.
