Adexta® Inc.was founded in 2004 when The Chasm Group split into several consulting firms that included TCG Advisors and The Chasm Institute. My goal with Adexta at that time was to integrate change management and a more hands-on operational role into my go-to-market and strategic consulting work. By 2007, this led to me become increasingly involved in operational management roles that were contracted, serving organizations who were either in startup and new venturing mode, exit mode, or in the midst of fund-raising and other transitions.
