Helen has been a full-charge bookkeeper for the past 30 years and has been with Adds-Up Book. for the past 20 years. Specializing in every aspect of bookkeeping for numerous clients, including (but not limited to) posting, bank reconciliations, payroll, quarterly payroll tax returns, sales tax returns, and managing each client independently. Most recently, she has been involved in training and consulting for new and existing clients.

Mary E. Zimmy

Mary Zimmy's experience in the accounting industry spans 27 years offering bookkeeping and accounting to firms and individuals. Over the years, she has worked as CFO for a prestigious New York based executive search firm and Controller for a New York real estate corporation for over 15 years. In addition to these two firms, she has serviced businesses in diverse industries offering not just accounting/bookkeeping services, but acting as a watchdog and offering advice on how to maximize profits. Mary has also served as liaison between her clients and their CPA firms. During this time, she has worked for numerous high profile individuals helping them keep their financial affairs in order at all times. Her expertise in accounting and bookkeeping comes with the experience and knowledge she has acquired during her many years in this industry. She is a graduate of Queens College with a BS in Accounting.
