Dr. Kelli Willingham

Dr. Kelli Willingham received her Bachelors in Nursing from Texas A&M University, before earning her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Maryland with a sub-specialty as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has strong clinical backgrounds in critical care and trauma nursing with prior experience in various clinical settings, including adult and pediatric patient care in the U.S. Navy and local trauma centers. She has a passion for continuity of care and enjoys all aspects of ENT. Kelli believes a holistic approach is the key to lifelong health in medicine and developing trusting provider-patient relationships. Kelli lives in the Fairfax area with her husband and two children.

Dr. Mahesh S. Parameswaran

Dr. Parameswaran, aka Dr. Para, has been caring for patients of all ages for twenty years. He is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered evaluation and treatment for all ENT problems. Tots, teens, and adults alike will be examined with the utmost attention to detail and treated with compassion and concern with the ultimate goal being a successful recovery. Read more >

Dr. Nipun Chhabra

Nipun Chhabra, MD, FACS, FARS is a fellowship-trained Rhinologist, board-certified Otolaryngologist, and a native of Northern Virginia. Dr. Chhabra completed his residency from Case Western Reserve University and acquired advanced training in sinus and nasal disorders and minimally invasive approaches to the skull base from Harvard Medical School. He is currently one of only a handful of sinus specialists in Virginia. Prior to joining Advanced ENT Specialists, Dr. Chhabra was in academic practice in Cleveland, Ohio where he served as Chief of Otolaryngology at the Veterans Affairs Northeast Ohio Healthcare System, one of the largest Veterans health systems in the country. He was an attending faculty at University Hospitals and Associate Professor in the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Dr. Chhabra has over 50 publications in his field and is a nationally recognized expert and key opinion leader in sinus and rhinology. He was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society for top academic achievement at George Washington University School of Medicine. Prior to medical school, he earned distinctions from Duke University and graduated as salutatorian from Langley High School. He also spent one year abroad as a Fulbright Scholar in South Korea. Dr. Chhabra strongly believes in compassionate care and strives to create partnerships with all his patients. He has consistently been recognized by Cleveland Magazine as a Top Doctor. In his leisure time, he enjoys fitness, competitive obstacle races, martial arts, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two young children. Holly Rigney

Dr. Rigney is a native of Harrisonburg, Virginia. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Sciences from Bridgewater College and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Lynchburg College. Since beginning her career, she has worked in orthopedic settings with a wide variety of patient populations, providing her the opportunity to assist patients in achieving their physical therapy goals. She is trained in fascial manipulation, dry needling, postural restoration therapy, and pelvic health. These interventions allow Holly to treat from a holistic perspective, providing hands on help for ENT issues and gait and balance dysfunction, as well as TMJ syndrome. Dr. Rigney lives in Lovettsville with her husband Zane and son Easton, as well as their two dogs, Ruger and Hoyt.

Jaster Francis

Mr. Francis completed his undergraduate degree in Biology from Medgar Evers College, and his Master's Degree in Health Services Administration from Saint Joseph College of Maine. He was a business manager and adjunct professor at Alabama State University before completing his Master's Degree in Physician Assistant studies from Franklin Pierce University. He has PA experience in geriatrics, urgent care, hematology and oncology. In addition to English, he is fluent in Spanish.

Kimberly Johnson

Dr. Johnson received her Bachelors in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Masters in Audiology from George Mason University, before earning her Doctorate of Audiology from Salus University. She is experienced in administering and interpreting common and specialized audiological and balance tests, and prescribing all types of hearing aids. At Advanced ENT, Dr. Johnson sees patients for evaluation and treatment of hearing and balance issues, hearing aids, and aural rehabilitation.
