Beginning his career with Advanced Staging Productions in 2016 as the company's first intern, Andy spent his first two years as a lighting tech. He later found an opportunity to expand the company's capabilities to not only play back videos, but to also produce them from script to screen! Now, as the lead of the Video Production department, Andy works closely with clients and the live event production team at Advanced to bring new creative experiences to life in ways that are otherwise far more tedious to manage when working with two or more separate video and AV production companies. Whether you need title graphics for a virtual event, a pre-recorded message from the CEO to post on your website, or flashy awards show slides, Andy and his team of videographers have the skill and creativity to generate those assets in the same "Advanced Way" that injects quality into everything the company does!

Since 2002, Jason Showers has been bringing his vision, creative flair and attention to detail to developing integrated lighting solutions at Advanced Staging. He understands the key is listening to client's needs in order to truly understand the desired result and bring that vision to life.
Jeff has been with us for over 15 years. His focus on client service and attention to detail has helped Advanced become the premier event staging company in the Northeast. Jeff has worked on some of Advanced Staging's most high profile events including The Liberty Medal, Columbia University's Commencement, and The Army Navy Game Gala.
Over the last 15 years, Jimmy has grown from a valued rental team member into an innovative leader, helping to provide our clients and employees with a positive experience. Jimmy leads Advanced Staging Productions with a client-centered focus, utilizing his expertise in small scale and national meetings, graduation ceremonies, conferences, and a variety of personal scale events to deliver a quality product that matches the Advanced Way company mission.
Bringing a theatrical flair along with him, Jonathan Futty started with Advanced Staging Productions in 2013. His quick adaptability, learning of new techniques, and fast creative nature helped him become the go to for creating the unique moments in each of the events. From making a render become reality or making a room come alive with the simple use of light, Jonathan is here to bring each event to life while painting with light.
Nate started his AV career right out of college with Advanced, learning all of the roles involved in doing live events and the Advanced Way. In the early 2000's Nate left Advanced to pursue work in television production in Los Angeles. After moving back east and spending five years working and honing his skills in video as a freelancer, Nate rejoined the company full-time in 2012 as a Video Engineer and is now the Department Lead.
Ryan has been with Advanced Staging for over 20 years and has filled many roles in his trek up through the ranks, including technician, video engineer, project manager, general manager. He has spent the last eight years as Vice President of Operations during which time the company has enjoyed almost triple digit growth in both revenue and staff. As President he oversees all Operations, Production and Sales & Marketing for the company. His attitude and leadership skills are key components of why Advanced Staging stands where it is today.
Ryan has been with Advanced Staging Productions for over 14 years. Through his time with the company, he has grown from a rental technician to audio engineer helping shape the Advanced Audio Department to what it is today. Now overseeing as the Audio Department Lead. Ryan has worked on some of Advanced Staging's most high profile events including Columbia University's Commencement, Tech Crunch, Fortune 500 30 under 30, and Villanova University's Hoops Mania.
With over 30 years of experience in the event technology business, Steve has used his organizational and customer service skills to create a mindset of excellence at Advanced Staging Productions. He built a corporate philosophy dedicated to putting together the most skilled professionals to help you meet your event's objectives.
