Charles gained experience as a chef being the Head Chef at a Chesapeake Bay Yacht Club and prior to that in two of Richmond's top gourmet restaurants. Upon arriving in Charlottesville in 2000, he used his love of food and cooking as a natural springboard to enter the field of kitchen design. Who better to create a great place to cook than someone who loves to prepare and eat great food. Designing several hundred kitchens over the past years has kept him up to date on what works and what doesn't no matter whether its a simple but functional galley kitchen or a large semi-professional masterpiece.

Design educated in New York and creating in Charlottesville for over 20 years. For the past seven years I have been the consulting Designer for Advantage Home Contracting assisting clients with remodeling choices. My service includes coordination of fixtures, finishes and final touches. I have been a participating designer in the Charlottesville Design House for three years raising funds for charity. With my own residential clients, I love choosing colors, making fabric choices and giving new life to long held treasures.

John is a civil engineering graduate of the University of Virginia and is licensed as a Professional Engineer. He lives in Earlysville with his wife, Beth, and their three boys. John has over 25 years' experience in the construction industry on projects totaling over $1 billion. John oversees the Construction Division at Advantage Home Contracting. Projects include additions, renovations, and new construction. He enjoys being involved from design through completion and takes pride in completing each project in a timely and professional manner.

Sean is a graduate of Liberty University and is a bestselling business author of 8 Unbreakable Rules for Business Startup Success and most recently the fictional story The Greatest Entrepreneur in the World. Sean oversees the overall direction of Advantage Home Contracting and serves in project management role. He started the company nearly 20 years ago as Advantage Handyman Services. Tony has over 25 years of hands on field experience in new construction, renovation, and home repair. He is a journeyman carpenter and worked as a brick mason for several years early in his building career. His vast experience lends itself greatly to assisting homeowners with diagnosing and solving problems with their homes. Tony takes the time to listen to client's needs to provide the best and most cost effective solutions. He can then provide one of his personally vetted expert technicians to rectify the issue. Tony believes in treating every client with the utmost importance and demonstrates this through clear and active communication, timely and sensible estimates, and overseeing every project from inception to completion.
