Agustina Gonzalez is a Jr Payroll Analyst at Advice, in charge of payroll and payroll processes. General maintenance of data in BPS and internal settlement systems, preparation of reports to submit to law controls of outsourcing providers.
Technical Advisor in Labor Relations since 2020 (Universidad de La Republica), she complements her training with refresher courses on labor regulations.

Aiuba is a public accountant graduated from the University of the Republic and has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University Carlos III of Madrid. She is dynamic, organized, proactive and has interpersonal skills that contribute to the formation of successful work teams. Before joining the Advice team, she worked at CPA for Microsoft as a senior outsourcing supervisor with responsibility for the Southern Cone region (Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay and Chile). He has experience in project management, management accounting, financial planning and budgeting, and managing multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

Ana Inés Bentos Pereira works as a Consultant in Human Capital, as a reference in HR consulting and diagnosis processes. Since 2007, she has been teaching at the Catholic University of Uruguay in subjects related to her professional development area: psycho-labour assessment tools and other practices related to HR consultancy.
She graduated from the Faculty of Psychology of the Universidad Católica del Uruguay in 1999 with a degree in Psychology. She specialized in Human Resources Management through the Postgraduate course, graduating in 2006. She complements her academic and professional training through multiple courses and conferences that provide a wide level of expertise in topics related to Human Resources, training and consulting in people management.
He has over 15 years of experience in Human Capital Consulting, having held leadership positions at the level of HR services and advice. He has led recruitment, selection, and labor and potential assessment processes from an organizational perspective. He has served as a reference in HR consulting processes, covering development, training, diagnosis, as well as disengagement and restructuring instances that are presented as needs of the current market, both for national and international companies.

Ana Laura Barros is a Sr. Analyst in the Evaluation and Selection at Advice.
She has a degree in Psychology, graduated from the School of Psychology of the Universidad de la República in 2013. She complements her academic and professional training through multiple courses that provide knowledge on topics related to human resources management, psycholaboral evaluation techniques and different types of interviews applied to the workplace.
She has several years of experience in recruitment, selection, competency-based interviews and psycho-labor evaluations for different positions such as employees, operatives, middle management, managers and professionals for both national and international companies.
She has been part of the Advice team since July 2022, has a strong customer service vocation, interested in providing solutions that fit the needs of each business. She is enthusiastic about teamwork, acquiring new knowledge and building bonds of empathy and respect with clients, peers and superiors.

Andres Franca works as a Payroll Specialist for multinational companies as a partner of ADP in Uruguay. He is responsible for the complete cycle in the administration and payroll of the company, processing the liquidation of assets, accounting entries and reconciliations with government agencies.
Andres is a Technician in Labor Relations, soon to be a Bachelor in Labor Relations, and currently started his studies in the career of public accountant.

Ariel Pacheco works as an Analyst Ssr Payroll in multinational companies, collaborating as a partner of ADP in Uruguay.

Currently, she is in the advanced stage of her studies in the career of public accountant at Universidad de la Empresa. Belén works in the Outsourcing Department at Advice Uruguay.

Fiorela Muñoz works as a Sr Payroll Analyst at Advice, in charge of payroll and payroll processes. She is currently focused on subcontracts and payroll processes for construction companies. She is also in charge of payroll processes in industry and commerce companies.
Florencia Araújo works in the Outsourcing Department at Advice Uruguay.
