Vice President and Commercial Lines Manager, Carol Gramolini has been with Advocate Brokerage for over forty years, a fact that makes the New Rochelle resident proud. "I have watched the agency develop over the years and am very pleased with its achievements and success."
It's fitting, then, that part of why she enjoys her job so much is the variety of work. "I like the diversity of the accounts I manage. I like building trust and relationships with our clients on both a business and personal level.
Trust is a very important part of the agency-client relationship, and Carol believes that this is one reason why Advocate stands out-"We take the time to build personal relationships. Clients can really depend on us and have a comfort level that their interests are our interests". At Advocate, such commitment is par for the course.
And commitment isn't Advocate's only virtue-the agency is business-savvy as well. She recalls handling litigation between two multi-million dollar clothing giants, and how complex it was. "It was one of the largest and most intricate claim we've ever been involved in," remembers Carol, who handles Advocate's largest book of business.

Denise Koslowsky has dedicated her entire life to insurance. A thirty-two-year veteran at Advocate Brokerage, she represents the second generation of this family-owned-and-operated business that has been serving the community for over fifty-five years.
As a Principal at Advocate Brokerage and Director of the Personal Lines Department, Denise specializes in High-Net-Worth Insurance. An expert in Personal Lines, Denise is highly focused on educating and getting her clients exactly what they need. As a top agent with several of Advocate's world-class carriers, Denise provides Advocate with the ability to offer an unparalleled level of service to their clients.
Denise graduated from Barnard College with a B.A. in Art History and Painting, and began her career as an Assistant in the Rare Photography Department at Swann Galleries, an auction house in Manhattan.
Her dedication to her community is self-evident. She is a proud member of the Board of Directors of The Scarsdale Business Alliance (SBA); and a huge supporter of The Greyston Foundation and Steve's Camp at Horizon Farms.
Denise is a ten-time winner of the prestigious Five Star Award for excellence in client service. She has been awarded a Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance (CAPI) degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Chubb. Denise is also a founding member of PRMA, Private Risk Management Association.
Denise spent most of her life in Scarsdale where she was born and raised her family, recently relocating to Bedford Corners. She splits her time between New York and Vermont where she is very committed to the Deerfield Valley and helped to re-launch the Hermitage Club.

Elizann Arizmendi is the Personal Lines Marketing Manager for Advocate Brokerage. When Elizann joined Advocate brokerage in 2014, she brought over 16 years of insurance experience with her.
Elizann began her career in the insurance industry at a young age working for her family at a small storefront agency. When asked about her work in the insurance industry, Elizann jokes "I didn't find insurance, insurance found me." She left the comfort of the family business in order to learn more about the industry spending time at the NIA group, the Marsh & McLennan Agency and most recently Brown & Brown.
She enjoys working with customers, getting to know them, and developing comprehensive insurance programs that encompass all of their risk management needs. Her personal philosophy on insurance, "to make insurance easy for the customer" fits very well with the Advocate Brokerage values and was a key reason Rosalyn Binday founded the company back in 1969.
A resident of New Rochelle, she feels it is important to give back to the community in which she was born and raised. Elizann has devoted her time teaching Spanish Salsa dancing for a Bronx based non-profit agency that works to keep youth in the Bronx off the streets.

Glenn is a native of Scarsdale. He is very active in the local community, donating his time as President and a firefighter with Scarsdale Volunteer Fire Co. No. 3, where he has served as a volunteer since 2002. Glenn sits on the Executive Board of IIANY, the Board of Directors of Steve's Camp at Horizon Farms, and the Board of the Independent Insurance Agents of Westchester County, a division of IIANY. He is a past board member of the UJA Westchester Business & Professional Division.
Glenn Binday was practically born into the insurance business. Son of Advocate Brokerage founders Rosalyn and Ronald Binday, Glenn entered the insurance business over thirty-five years ago after graduating from Vassar College with a degree in Economics. Glenn is a Principal of Advocate Brokerage and Director of its Commercial Lines Insurance Department.

Jeffrey Koslowsky is Chief Financial Officer of Advocate Brokerage, joining the family firm in 2007.
An attorney by training, he practiced law with Liddle & Robinson LLP, before moving into the financial and investment banking fields.
Jeffrey became Executive Vice President with Gerber Finance in 1996, and in 2008 founded his own firm, Indigo Asset Management LLC, which specializes in acquiring and originating Commercial & Industrial and Commercial Real Estate loans in the secondary market.
A graduate of Fordham University School of Law, Jeffrey is a strong supporter of the Scarsdale community and several area charities. He has served as a firefighter and officer of Scarsdale Volunteer Fire Company 3 since 2001, served as a member of the Wilmington Fire Department in Vermont since 2017, and is currently a member of the Armonk Volunteer Fire Department. He has served on the boards of various local charities, sports, and civic organizations. Currently, he is serving as a Board Member and President emeritus of The Hermitage Club in Vermont, and as a board member for Steve's Camp, a charity focused on preparing at-risk teenagers from the greater New York City area for college through its summer camp and year-long programming.
Lissette Roman, Personal Lines Manager, started her 20 plus year career in the insurance industry at a young age and hasn't looked back. She loves building relationships with her clients which is one of the reasons she has found herself at home at Advocate Brokerage. Serving clients by helping them find insurance solutions that are the perfect fit is incredibly rewarding and she looks forward to the work each day.
As personal lines manager, Lissette oversees the daily operations of Advocate Brokerage's Personal Lines Department, which is staffed with a team ready to service each client's needs. "I love building relationships with my clients but also with my personal lines team." Lissette says. "I am happy to look forward to many team building experiences in the future."
When she is not working, you may find her at the beach. She loves spending time by the ocean taking in the beautiful sunsets, breathing in the sea air and taking walks along the sand.

Ronald Binday is an owner and co-founder of Advocate Brokerage and is involved in the daily operations of running the agency.

Rosalyn Binday is President and Founder of Advocate Brokerage, which she launched in May 1969 as a young Scarsdale mother with three little children.
