Adrea has experience in various family law matters including domestic violence, dissolution, annulment, parentage, child support, spousal support, name changes, and child custody. Adrea is incredibly passionate about this work and practices law with an eye towards trauma-informed services. She appreciates the opportunity to meet people during periods of transition and help them navigate the legal system.

Christelle Carlon graduated from the University of California, San Diego where she majored in Economics and Political Science. She received her J.D. from California Western School of Law in 2009 where she was a member of the family law society and an avid volunteer at the YWCA domestic violence clinic. Ms. Carlon is a member of the State Bar of California, the San Mateo County Bar Association (Family Law Section), and a board member at Community Overcoming Relationship Abuse (CORA). Christelle Carlon is a Certified Family Law Specialist. She received her J.D. from California Western School of Law in 2009 where she was a member of the family law society and an avid volunteer at the YWCA domestic violence clinic. After law school, Ms. Carlon represented various creditors in bankruptcy and foreclosure. Ms. Carlon has been practicing family law exclusively since 2014. She knows the ins and outs of family law, allowing partners to part ways amicably and intelligently. Understanding that settlement is not always possible, Ms. Carlon advocates for her clients through high-asset, high-conflict custody, and domestic violence cases. Ms. Carlon graduated from the University of California, San Diego where she majored in Economics and Political Science.

Jessica Dayton

Jessica Dayton, a founding partner of ADZ Law, LLP, is a Certified Family Law Specialist who dedicates her practice to representing victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in all aspects of the legal system. Ms. Dayton leads the civil litigation department of the firm, which has the unique focus of pursuing civil tort remedies for survivors against individual perpetrators of abuse and the entities who create and foster an abusive environment. Her survivor-centered practice also includes representation in restraining order and Title IX cases, as well as advising and advocating for victim's rights in criminal cases.

Lauren Zorfas

As Court Commissioner, Commissioner Zorfas presided over an array of cases including child support, domestic violence, general family law, and criminal law. While at the San Mateo Superior Court, Commissioner Zorfas provided training, guidance and support to the Court's family law externs; served as a Judge and scorer for the San Mateo County Mock Trial competition; presented a training for attorneys practicing in the Domestic Violence Court; and co-presented at the San Mateo County Trial Lawyers Masters Workshop - "How to Break Through a Stalled Mediation." The Honorable Lauren Zorfas (retired) is one of three founding partners of ADZ Law, LLP and a former Court Commissioner with the San Mateo Superior Court. Commissioner Zorfas serves as a private judge, mediator, settlement officer, arbitrator, special master, neutral evaluator, and parent coordinator for ADZ Law clients.

Ms. Açıkalın uses her background in business management, civil litigation, poverty law, and domestic violence non-profit legal services to resolve cases in a cost-effective and equitable manner.
