Adam Padilla, Sr

Adam Padilla joined the Aerial Data Service staff in 2015 as a Senior GIS Analyst/Project Manager. Mr. Padilla, who has 23 years of photogrammetric mapping experience, brings a wealth of geospatial experience to ADS. He has hands-on experience with several firms in the Southwest. His experience includes project management, developing and documenting production workflows and procedures, project administration, creating data validation tools, raster data manipulation, registration and conversion and LiDAR classification and manipulation. He has spent the majority of his career specializing in photogrammetry, with emphasis on project management and process improvement. His previous experience included creating ISO:9000 workflows utilizing Intergraph Geomedia, FME workbench and a variety of Database Oracle Spatial, Access Spatial and MS SQL.

Curtis Daggs

Curtis Daggs serves as Aerial Data Service, Inc.'s Certified Pilot and Aerial Imagery Acquisition Specialist. He received training at Spartan School of Aeronautics in Jenks, Oklahoma. He also attended the Delta Connection Academy specializing in Pilot Procedures for Instrument Rating and Commercial Ground Operations in Sanford, Florida, as well as receiving Part 61 Flight Training for Commercial ME Land. He has licenses through the Federal Aviation Administration for Commercial Pilot, Flight Instructor, Ground Instructor and has his FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operators Permit, as well as an Advanced Ground School Instructor Certificate. He joined the Aerial Data Service staff in 2015 as the Chief Pilot in our flight department with over ten years of flight experience including approximately 2,000 hours in the role of aerial survey pilot. He oversees flight missions and coordinating with local and distant aviation authorities for entry into various airspace. He is responsible for the coordination and maintenance of ADS's Piper Navajo aircraft. He previously worked as the Assistant Chief Instructor at a Part 141 school performing introductory flight screenings for the Navy. His previous experience also included extensive survey experience in both LiDAR and camera platforms throughout the United States including Washington D.C. airspace and the Caribbean.

James Wright

Mr. Wright has been with Aerial Data Service since May 2015. He has more than twenty-five years of professional experience in Geographic Information System (GIS) technologies within the GEOINT industry. Geospatial technology strengths are focused in the Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) ArcGIS suite. Program management experience under GEOINT and DoD mapping projects includes business/production controls and contract management. Technical highlights include data production workflow assessments, data analyses, data migrations, database management, scripting automation, IT administration, and mapping visualization.

Larry Holtgreive

Larry Holtgreive was appointed Director of Business Development in October of 2017. Prior to joining the ADS team, Mr. Holtgreive was the owner of 3D Consultants, providing certified technical training on both hardware and software, as well as project assistance and project management within the Spatial Imaging industry. Larry holds an Associate Degree in Land Surveying in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Colorado. As an early adopter of terrestrial LiDAR from a sales and applications standpoint, Larry combined his passion for leading edge technology, along with his extensive survey and remote sensing background into a role as LiDAR consultant. Working with clients seeking to leverage this technology across a wide range of industries and applications, Mr. Holtgreive quickly became recognized by his peers and clients as an expert in terrestrial LiDAR. The technology utilized by ADS for the acquisition, processing and creation of final deliverables matches well with Larry's extensive background in Surveying and Mapping, Civil Engineering Design and Remote Sensing. Mr. Holtgreive directs our Business Development efforts from Denver, Co. His role in business development lends to the participation in the monitoring of and evaluation of emerging technology, and processes, that support our core mapping business. He is a Certified Mapping Scientist-LiDAR and precertified with TxDOT under category 15.3.4.

Regina M. Carter - President

The owner and president of Aerial Data Service, Regina M. Carter joined the firm in 1974. Five years later, she became an officer of the company, and in 1984, she became the sole stockholder. One of only a handful of women certified as a photogrammetrist by the American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS), Carter is a leader in the Tulsa community, as well as in the field of photogrammetry. In 1991, Carter was named "Business Woman of the Year" by the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce. In 1994, she was selected as "Oklahoma Small Business Person of the Year" for her innovative management style and potential for long-term business growth. Carter has also served on the boards of the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Metropolitan Tulsa Chamber of Commerce, the American Public Works Association (APWA), the Management Association for Private Photogrammetric Surveyors (MAPPS) and the Tulsa YMCA.
