Christoper Rogers is AESC's Director of Engineering. Christopher has a demonstrated history of team leadership alongside engineering, energy consulting, manufacturing, and facilities management. He is an experienced operations professional who is skilled in leading diverse technical teams, project development, engineering support and management, including budgeting of engineering labor and operational expenses. Christopher's leadership experience is evident in his training and mentoring skills, ability to grow client and customer relationships, and in his facilitation of cross-departmental coordination and collaboration.

Donald Pratt has more than 20 years of experience in the development and management of computer software information systems. At AESC, he develops computer programs in support of energy efficiency, intelligent systems and engineering projects. While past projects have used a variety of languages and technologies (C, C++, Visual Basic, Java, Win32, Access, etc.), recent work has focused on C# and SQLServer for desktop (WPF) and web (ASP.Net) environments.
Don received his Bachelor of Science degree in Cognitive Science, with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering, from the University of California at San Diego. He earned his Master of Science degree in Computer Science from San Diego State University.
Mr. Sandoval provides software development for utility customers and for internal needs. Software developed and/or currently maintained include: Duke Custom-to-Go desktop application, Southern California Edison's Online Application Tool (OAT) software, Pacific Gas and Electric and San Diego Gas and Electric Excel-based application and review forms, AESC's Audit Report Tool (ART) software and Field Inspection Tool (FIT) software, California Energy Commission PIER research and development project "Intelligent Software Agents for Integration of Renewables and Storage" and AESC's Smart*DER project.

Mr. Tock joined AESC in 2015 and has over 30 years of experience in the development and application of industrial software products, including 14 years with Invensys and nine years with Honeywell. Mr. Tock has significant senior management experience in engineering, product management, product development and program management.
Matthew Minerich brings a broad range of energy industry experience to AESC clients, specializing in energy audits, building energy modeling and performing technical reviews for utility energy efficiency programs. Mr. Minerich is responsible for managing engineering support and technical quality control for AESC's clients in the Southeast.
Mr. Minerich entered the energy efficiency industry in 2006 as a project development engineer for an energy services company. Serving commercial and industrial clients in the Southeast, he was responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive energy efficiency projects involving lighting, domestic water, building automation and HVAC systems.
Mr. Minerich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia. He is a registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina.
