Andrew is the Client Services Manager with Affinity Bridge. His job is to understand the ongoing needs of our clients and work with our developers to ensure those needs are met. He also oversees A/P and A/R.
Dale is a developer working primarily with Drupal and WordPress. He's also implemented solutions in Python, Ember, and Composer/PHP.
Dale McGladdery has experience in the public, private, and educational sectors. He started in computer operations but the Internet and building websites was far more fun (except for the dot-bomb, he says that wasn't fun). He mostly works in the Drupal and WordPress ecology, and sometimes with Python, Ember, and Composer/PHP.
In his free time Dale co-hosts After the Credits, a movie podcast, and is a (volunteer) senior producer on the Vancouver Co-op Radio show, Each For All: The Co-operative Connection. He also loves a good book, TV show, or PS4 game.
Drawing on her rich background in digital strategy and design, Dorota bridges the gap between user experience and development.
Floyd is an Agile Developer at Affinity Bridge. He works primarily with Drupal, WordPress, and Symfony, though is comfortable working anywhere in the web stack.
Dave is a lead web developer and systems engineer with over 15 years of experience building web applications in PHP, Perl, and Java. More
Floyd is an avid bread baker and the creator of The Fresh Loaf, an award-winning online community for amateur bread bakers. Floyd enjoys cycling, skiing, playing tennis, and reading. He has a BA in Religion from Reed College.

has been the lead designer behind many great campaigns and websites in the Canadian non-profit sector. With over 20 years of graphic design experience, she is committed to applying her gift for visual communication to empower clients who are socially and environmentally conscious. Jenn is known for her ability to investigate and listen deeply to her clients, understand their challenges and turn those insights into beautiful high impact designs that help to further the goals of the organizations she works for.
Jenn's client roster includes a variety of organizations such as Greenpeace, 350.org, TckTckTck, The West Vancouver Memorial Library, The Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives, the Vancouver Foundation, the BCNDP, BC Transplant, BC Cancer, Covenant House and more.

Lauren Welland has over 10 years' experience of bringing projects to life. Throughout her career from England to Canada, Lauren has worked in project management, marketing and operations for clients in education, arts & culture, retail and renewable energy.
With her in-depth marketing experience and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Lauren has a great talent for supporting clients to utilize data, to create strategies and to have a better understanding of their users' behaviour. Lauren has a passion for all things technology, and over her career she has project managed numerous app builds, website creations and IT systems.
In her spare time you will find Lauren building augmented reality experiences, creating 3D art, playing her bass guitar and getting out in nature.

Zoë specializes mainly in data model design, data forensics, rapid prototyping, and cultivating graceful deployments.
Rebeccah is a compassionate and creative problem solver who excels at helping clients achieve their goals. As Senior Project Manager she works closely with clients to deliver exciting, innovative, and engaging projects.
Reece is a developer working primarily with WordPress and Drupal. He has also designed a wide range of PHP frameworks and ecommerce platforms.
Robb does both back and front end web development with a focus on Drupal and the open source stack it runs on.
Robin specializes in software and system design, developing information architectures, refining business workflow processes, multilingual website deployments, and online collaboration tools.
