Dan Kramer, originally from Mystic, CT has always had a passion for the water. Whether it was swimming in the childhood pool, surfing or cruising through Long Island and Block Island sound with his wife and two pugs on their 31' Tiara, being on the water was a constant. After obtaining his USCG Captain License, Dan ended his 13 plus year career in pharmaceuticals and moved down to Florida 8 years ago to pursue his passion in boating. He started with day work, deliveries, full time crew positions on vessels ranging from 50'-90' and was introduced to the Bahamas. Dan was hooked. Since the past 3 years Dan has started up a freelance captain service business. Providing yacht delivery services and commissioning of new vessels, ranging from 68'-102'. Jason "Tiny" Walcott

Capt. Jason "Tiny" Walcott Is a U.S.C.G 200 Ton Master Captain for 19 years who was raised in Ft. Lauderdale. His passion for saltwater fishing at a young age lead him offshore fishing on many local charter boats. At 19 yrs he started traveling the Caribbean tournament circuit. Fishing in the Bahamas Cayman Islands, Mexico, Turks and Caicos, St. Thomas, Brazil, Bermuda and Venezuela. After winning numerous tournaments. He focused on world record fishing and traveling aboard several famous mothership operations including the "French Look" and "The Madam and The Hooker". These operations took him to worlds best Marlin fisheries from West Africa to Japan and the South Pacific. After breaking several World Records he then moved to Kona, Hawaii in pursuit of giant marlin. After honing is skills on a global level. He eventually found himself back operating private mothership operations on the Atlantic tournament circuit. He is also the founder and instructor at Sportfishing Academy and has obtained numerous mechanical certifications. Capt.Tiny's knowledge of sportfishing yachts and 28 years worldwide experience is an asset to our team and customers.

Read More Born and raised in Wisconsin, Jeff was introduced to both airplanes and boats at a very early age. He has just concluded a successful 44 year career in both commercial and corporate aviation and brings his very in-depth knowledge to Affiniti. While living in Wisconsin, Jeff spent a lot of time boating on inland lakes as well as Lake Michigan. For the past 16 years, he has lived in South Florida, residing adjacent to the Lighthouse Point Marina where he keeps his latest vessel, a 50 Sea Ray in ready to go condition. This past year, he received his USCG Coast Guard Captains license as he prepares to take on his new career with the same dedication and professionalism he displayed throughout his aviation career.

Kristin Hedstrom, Florida native grew up in North Florida. Her love for being on the water runs in her blood. Kristin has been involved in her dad's marine dealership, Sunrise Marine since a young age. She has successfully been purchasing and selling center consoles along with other family style boats for over 10 years. Kristin received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management in 2015. In 2013-2015 Kristin was a product narrator for Yamaha Outboards at the Miami Boat Show and Bass Master Classic. When Kristin isn't at work you can find her on the water fishing. She runs a Skeeter SX240 and enjoys taking her friends and family out; especially the younger generation. Kristin is passionate about finding people the right boat for their picture perfect day on the water.

Besides recreational boating, many summers were spent working on commercial lobster and fishing boats. He always admired his Uncle, who was a boat captain, and knew he too wanted to make a career out of being on the water. Sean's love for boating brought him to Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1991. It was here his industry knowledge flourished. Quickly learning the ins and outs of the business he eventually earned his U.S.C.G Captain's license, which he has exercised and kept active for over 26 years.
