DAN STUART

Dan recently worked as the Department Head for Program Management and Commercial relations for a mobile phone network provider operating in 31 markets across the Caribbean, Central America, and Oceania regions. His focus has been in managing multiple work streams for FTTH builds with the intent on improving organizational performance. He has implemented a self-performed model for network rollouts managed by teams of dynamic individuals. Additionally, he has negotiated contracts with 10 construction vendors across 8 countries in the Caribbean. Dan brings the unique combination of an MBA education with project management work experience to effectively complete high-visibility projects on time and on budget. In the last 2 years he has managed 4 FTTH builds, three of which were in Hurricane recovery Islands.

Ernie Carey - COO

Mr. Carey has spent over 40 years in the communications business with SBC/AT&T and Goodman Networks, Inc. Throughout his long telecommunications industry career, Mr. Carey has successfully managed a variety of vast and complex systems and networks, including responsibility for all aspects of one of the nation's largest wireline and wireless infrastructures. In his leadership roles, he's developed growth strategies, portfolio expansion strategies and operational excellence on a large scale in numerous settings, including serving as Chief Operating Officer for Goodman Networks, Inc. and now in his consulting business. During his 40 plus year career, Mr. Carey has served in numerous network positions in planning, engineering, construction, regulatory affairs and operations in the United Kingdom from 1990 through 1994. Immediately prior to his move to Dallas, Texas in 2007, where he served as AT&T's Senior Vice President - Engineering and Construction for both the wireline and wireless networks nationwide, Ernest led the technical development team that helped develop AT&T's IPTV product that became known as U-verse, where he served as Vice President of Advanced Network Technologies. In 2016 Mr. Carey founded J. Carey, LLC. a telecommunications consultancy that works with numerous companies in this space as well as supporting various financial companies doing M&A activity in the wireless and wireline domains. He began his career at Southwestern Bell Telephone Company in Houston, Texas after graduating from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi with a BBA degree. In addition, Mr. Carey has an MBA from the University of Dallas.

Paul Heun - CEO

A senior executive who has successfully advanced technology businesses to their next level of development by leading large business units with substantial P&L's and worldwide reach. Proven accomplishments in managing change through transitions and expansions, strategic planning, and delivering profits throughout various phases of enterprise growth. Distinguished by reorganizing under-performing operations by identifying ways to improve cost controls and reduce operating expenses while leveraging new technology for competitive advantage. Accomplished for contributing to capital raising/IPOs and managing complex business transformations. Possessing a high level of technical competence, led the build of several worldwide networks. Skilled in engineering the build-outs of over fifteen Data Centers globally, designing service layer support systems, implementing processes, evaluating and designing global VOIP services, implementing several IP transit networks, and designing the methods and procedures, staffing models and Network Operation Centers (NOC) to centrally manage major transit networks, data sites and ISPs utilizing ETOM, the TM Forum recommendations and best practices, ITIL .v3 and ISO guidelines. Skilled leader with a strong military background awarded with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy, at West Point. Went on to serve as US Army Infantry Officer for six years where he earned the rank of Captain. As the telecommunications career progressed, became a noted featured speaker and subject matter expert at various industry conferences, and has valued experience fielding questions from analysts and investors concerning corporate performance. The CTO position recently became vacant in AGil Networks Construction. Paul personally picked the previous lead. Paul has performed the duties of the CTO for high profile telecommunication groups such as Cable & Wireless. As the lead for the Digicel Build Group, Paul performed all duties required of a turn key CTO during the roleout of 10 Caribbean Markets. Paul will execute the duties of the CTO until a permanent candidate is identified.

SCOTT ROCKAFELLOW - CFO

Scott Rockafellow brings decades of experience to his role of CFO at AgilNetworks. Prior to joining Agil, Scott was Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Sonic Telecom, where he was responsible for arranging $50 million in early stage financing and for establishing joint service relationships with partners in India, Asia, and the Middle East. Prior to entering the telecommunications industry, Scott spent 14 years in investment banking having held positions at Lehman Brothers, International Capital Strategies, and Morrison & Company Securities. Previously, Scott founded and served as the Managing Director of Willowoak Investments Limited, a Zambian manufacturer and exporter of furniture and lumber where he was responsible for product design, procurement of lumber, manufacturing, marketing and sales until 2012. Scott earned a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and his MBA from Harvard University. He is a member of the Competitive Advantage of Nations Project Team, led by Dr. Michael Porter.

TODD RUELLE

Mr. Ruelle is a recognized innovator in the telecommunication industry. For decades, he has focused on strengthening the ties between a company and its customers. By maintaining that focus he has brought to market compelling products and services that helped shape the telecommunications industry. As CEO of Sonic Telecom, he launched the first optical international network designed for transmitting video in high-definition-or not-according to customers' requirements for any given transmission, ushering in a new era of content delivery. Prior to starting Sonic, Mr. Ruelle held executive positions at Orion Satellite Corporation, Sprint International and MCI Telecommunications.
