Ambassador John Rakolta Jr.

Ambassador Rakolta previously served on the Board from August 2011 until his confirmation as United States Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates in September 2019. Prior to such confirmation, Mr. Rakolta served as the chairman and chief executive officer of Walbridge, a privately-held construction company. Mr. Rakolta serves on the board and is co-chairman of the Metropolitan Affairs Corporation and the Coalition for the Future of Detroit School Children. He is a director and member of the Executive Committee of the Detroit Regional Chamber and serves on the Board of Directors of New Detroit, Inc., the College for Creative Studies, and Business Leaders for Michigan. Mr. Rakolta was appointed Romania's Honorary Consul General to the United States in 1998. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University in 1970.

Austin Armstrong

Austin Armstrong joined Agree Realty in October of 2023 as Director of Development. He is responsible for originating development opportunities for retailer clients and for sourcing and facilitating the company's Developer Funding Platform by working directly with developer partners. Prior to joining the Company, Austin worked for A.F. Jonna Development as the Senior Director of Leasing and Acquisitions where he managed the leasing for a portfolio of shopping centers and office buildings, as well as working on acquisition strategies for retail and multifamily properties. Austin holds a Master's in Real Estate from Georgetown University and completed his Bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Rochester (NY). He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. In his free time, Austin enjoys golf, tennis, watching football, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and goldendoodle, Franklin.

Betsy Vendittelli

Betsy Vendittelli joined the Company in February of 2022 as a Director of Due Diligence. In 2023, Betsy became the Director of Acquisitions in the Eastern Region. Prior to joining the Company, Betsy worked at Novara Tesija Catenacci McDonald & Baas as an Associate Attorney. Brett Kifferstein

Brian Hawthorne

Brian Pearson

Brian Pearson joined the Company in October of 2020 as the Director of Transactions and was recently promoted to Senior Director, Legal. Brian is responsible for the negotiation and execution of the Company's acquisition and disposition activities. Prior to joining the Company, Brian was an attorney at Kaplan Voekler Cunningham & Frank. He was a partner in the firm's Real Estate Practice and was responsible for all aspects of commercial real estate including preparing, negotiating, and managing complex transactions. Before practicing law, Brian was a Captain in the United States Army Finance Corps and served in Germany, Poland, Turkey, Kuwait, and Iraq. Brian was awarded a Bronze Star Medal for his service during Operating Iraqi Freedom II. He holds a Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy. In his free time, Brian enjoys playing golf, hikes with Bear and spending quality time with his family, Stacy, Alex and Abby.

Cheryl Hamilton

Craig Erlich joined the Company in 2020 and has served as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer. As Chief Growth Officer, he is responsible for the Company's three external growth platforms as well as tenant relations. Prior to joining ADC, Craig was the EVP, Client Success and GM of GPJ, the largest experiential marketing firm in the world where he oversaw business development, operations, and client services for Fortune 500 companies ranging from CVS to Pepsi to Nissan. Mr. Erlich was previously the owner, President and Chief Executive Officer of pulse220; a boutique marketing firm which he successfully sold to GPJ in 2015. Prior to pulse220, Mr. Erlich served as President of QMS, a direct marketing and fulfillment firm. Mr. Erlich is a two-time nominee of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Craig is the current board president of the Michigan and Northern Ohio Chapter of JDRF and past board president of JARC.

David Darling

David Darling, Vice President of Real Estate, joined the Company in 2021. Mr. Darling has over 30 years of real estate leasing, acquisition, and disposition experience and is responsible for the Company's leasing activities and management of key retailer relationships. Prior to joining Agree, David served as Director of Leasing at Bedrock, a commercial real estate firm based in Detroit, Michigan, where he was responsible for retail leasing activities. Prior to Bedrock, Mr. Darling was the Director of Leasing for RPT Realty (formerly Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust) where he led all leasing activity, and provided acquisition, due diligence, and disposition value enhancement. He has been active member of ICSC since 1987 and is a registered Real Estate Licensee in Michigan. David holds a Bachelor of Technology (Architectural Science) degree from Ryerson University in Toronto and an MBA from Wayne State University. George Bistolarides

Jeff Konkle

Marc Brandt

Max Gordon

Merrie S. Prior to her time at Moody's, she was Senior Vice President and Director of Portfolio Management for the Argo Funds and held numerous positions within the real estate industry at notable companies including Ernst & Young, Cushman & Wakefield, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Salomon Brothers Inc. Ms. Frankel is currently an adjunct professor at Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation and New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate. She holds a J.D. and M.B.A. degree from Hofstra University and graduated with a B.A. in English from the University of Pennsylvania with numerous honors. Michael Judlowe

Michael Judlowe joined Agree Realty's Board of Directors in September 2021. Mr. Judlowe most recently served as Chairman of Jefferies' US Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging investment banking practice from June 2019 to March 2021. He also previously served as Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets Americas from 2013 to 2019. He joined Jefferies as a Managing Director in 2010 to establish the Real Estate Equity Capital Markets practice. Prior to his time at Jefferies, Mr. Judlowe spent ten years in Equity Capital Markets at Citigroup. Over his career in banking, Mr. Judlowe has led a significant number of equity transactions and successful initial public offerings, including National Storage Affiliates Trust (NYSE: NSA), QTS Realty Trust, Inc. Mike Hollman

In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day property management responsibilities of a region of assets as well as leading the capital expenditure process, property level budgeting and management of Associate Property Managers and Senior Associate Property Managers. Prior to joining Agree Realty, Ray was a Portfolio Manager at Friedman Management Company responsible for a real estate portfolio of over 2 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties throughout Michigan. Ray holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Business Economics from Grand Valley State University.

Reuben Treatman

Reuben Treatman joined the company in November of 2020 as the Corporate Finance Associate and was recently promoted to Director of Corporate Finance. He is responsible for the company's credit monitoring processes, in addition to responsibilities in debt compliance, rating agency reporting, treasury management and capital markets execution. Prior to joining Agree Realty, Reuben worked for Jefferies Financial Group on the Equity Research team. Reuben holds a Masters of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University.

Richard Agree - Chairman

Richard Agree currently serves as Executive Chairman of the Company. He served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors from 1993 to 2012. Prior to the formation of Agree Realty, he acted as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Agree Development Company as well as Managing Partner of the general partnership that held the Company's multi-state portfolio. Mr. Agree founded the Company's predecessor in 1971. Throughout his 50-year career, Mr. Agree has personally overseen the development of over 8,000,000 square feet of retail space across the country. Mr. Agree is a graduate of Detroit College of Law, a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. He has been honored in numerous trade publications and was recently named a "Real Estate Icon" by Real Estate Forum magazine.

Ryan Cockerill

Ryan Cockerill joined the Company in April of 2016 as its Director of Acquisitions. In 2018, he was promoted to Vice President of Acquisitions. He is responsible for analyzing and underwriting acquisition opportunities in the Eastern region of the States that fit within the Company's investment criteria as well as sourcing transactions and managing a large network of real estate contacts. Ryan is a Co-Chair of ADC's Steering Committee. Prior to joining Agree, Ryan worked at Marcus & Millichap where he played an integral role in closing $200 million in transaction volume. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Sarah Turton

Sarah Turton joined the Company in May of 2022 as a Director of Due Diligence. Sarah is responsible for coordinating all aspects of real estate due diligence on acquisitions in the Eastern Region. Prior to joining the Company, Sarah most recently worked for Broder & Sachse as a Commercial Portfolio Manager. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from Hope College.

Stephen Breslin - CFO

Stephen Joined ADC December of 2021, as Deputy Chief Accounting Officer. Stephen is responsible for the company's accounting and reporting functions. Prior to joining ADC Stephen served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller of Kite Realty Group Trust, one of the largest publicly traded owners and operators of open-air shopping centers and mixed-use assets. He joined Kite in 2015 as Assistant Controller and also held the role of Director, Assistant Corporate Controller. Previously, Stephen worked for KPMG for over 7 years and held multiple roles. Stephen earned both a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Masters of Business Administration from The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Stephen is a Certified Public Accountant.

Terra Stenerson

Terra Stenerson joined the Company in 2020 as Director of Due Diligence and was recently promoted to Vice President of Due Diligence. She is responsible for coordinating all aspects of real estate due diligence on acquisitions and select development projects. Terra brings many years of experience in negotiation, due diligence coordination, dispositions, and acquisitions. Prior to joining Agree Realty, Terra spent almost 20 years with RPT Realty where she most recently was the Transactions Manager. Terra holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University. She also is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
