Ambassador Rakolta previously served on the Board from August 2011 until his confirmation as United States Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates in September 2019. Prior to such confirmation, Mr. Rakolta served as the chairman and chief executive officer of Walbridge, a privately-held construction company. Mr. Rakolta serves on the board and is co-chairman of the Metropolitan Affairs Corporation and the Coalition for the Future of Detroit School Children. He is a director and member of the Executive Committee of the Detroit Regional Chamber and serves on the Board of Directors of New Detroit, Inc., the College for Creative Studies, and Business Leaders for Michigan. Mr. Rakolta was appointed Romania's Honorary Consul General to the United States in 1998. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University in 1970.

Austin Armstrong joined Agree Realty in October of 2023 as Director of Development. He is responsible for originating development opportunities for retailer clients and for sourcing and facilitating the company's Developer Funding Platform by working directly with developer partners.
Prior to joining the Company, Austin worked for A.F. Jonna Development as the Senior Director of Leasing and Acquisitions where he managed the leasing for a portfolio of shopping centers and office buildings, as well as working on acquisition strategies for retail and multifamily properties.
Austin holds a Master's in Real Estate from Georgetown University and completed his Bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Rochester (NY). He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
In his free time, Austin enjoys golf, tennis, watching football, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and goldendoodle, Franklin.
Betsy Vendittelli joined the Company in February of 2022 as a Director of Due Diligence. In 2023, Betsy became the Director of Acquisitions in the Eastern Region. She is responsible for analyzing and underwriting acquisition opportunities that fit within the Company's investment criteria as well as managing a large network of real estate contacts.
Prior to joining the Company, Betsy worked at Novara Tesija Catenacci McDonald & Baas as an Associate Attorney.
Betsy holds a Bachelor of Science, Family and Community Services from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
Brett Kifferstein joined the Company in August of 2022 as a Senior Director of Legal. Brett is responsible for the negotiation and execution of a portion of the Company's acquisition and disposition activities.
Brett spent nearly 14 years as a Partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in Chicago.

Brian Hawthorne joined the company in August of 2022 as a Director of Corporate Finance. He is responsible for the company's investor relations processes, in addition to responsibilities in financial planning & analysis, risk management, and environmental, social and governance matters.
Prior to joining Agree Realty, Brian worked for Exodus, a cryptocurrency company, as the Director of Finance. From 2017 to 2021, Brian held various roles at RBC Capital Markets including Assistant Vice President and Senior Research Associate covering net lease, shopping center and mall REITs.
Brian holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging from Michigan State University.
Brian Pearson joined the Company in October of 2020 as the Director of Transactions and was recently promoted to Senior Director, Legal. Brian is responsible for the negotiation and execution of the Company's acquisition and disposition activities.
Prior to joining the Company, Brian was an attorney at Kaplan Voekler Cunningham & Frank. He was a partner in the firm's Real Estate Practice and was responsible for all aspects of commercial real estate including preparing, negotiating, and managing complex transactions.
Before practicing law, Brian was a Captain in the United States Army Finance Corps and served in Germany, Poland, Turkey, Kuwait, and Iraq. Brian was awarded a Bronze Star Medal for his service during Operating Iraqi Freedom II. He holds a Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy.
In his free time, Brian enjoys playing golf, hikes with Bear and spending quality time with his family, Stacy, Alex and Abby.

Prior to joining Agree Realty, Cheryl was a Controller at Atlas Oil Company.

Craig Erlich joined the Company in 2020 and has served as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer. As Chief Growth Officer, he is responsible for the Company's three external growth platforms as well as tenant relations.
Prior to joining ADC, Craig was the EVP, Client Success and GM of GPJ, the largest experiential marketing firm in the world where he oversaw business development, operations, and client services for Fortune 500 companies ranging from CVS to Pepsi to Nissan.
Mr. Erlich was previously the owner, President and Chief Executive Officer of pulse220; a boutique marketing firm which he successfully sold to GPJ in 2015. Prior to pulse220, Mr. Erlich served as President of QMS, a direct marketing and fulfillment firm. Mr. Erlich is a two-time nominee of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Craig is the current board president of the Michigan and Northern Ohio Chapter of JDRF and past board president of JARC.
Danielle Spehar, General Counsel, joined the Company in 2016. She is responsible for managing the Company's legal affairs and leading the transactional and diligence efforts of the Company.
Prior to joining the Company, Danielle was a Shareholder at Maddin Hauser Roth & Heller, P.C., where she was a member of the Firm's Executive Committee, Recruiting Committee, and Co-Head of the Real Estate Practice Group focusing on commercial real estate transactions, corporate and business law. She also has extensive experience in commercial leasing and the acquisition, sale, financing and development of shopping centers, commercial, industrial, multi-family and office buildings.
Danielle holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. She is a member of the Real Property Section and the Commercial Real Estate Development and Ownership Committee of the State Bar of Michigan as well as the American Bar Association.

David Darling, Vice President of Real Estate, joined the Company in 2021. Mr. Darling has over 30 years of real estate leasing, acquisition, and disposition experience and is responsible for the Company's leasing activities and management of key retailer relationships.
Prior to joining Agree, David served as Director of Leasing at Bedrock, a commercial real estate firm based in Detroit, Michigan, where he was responsible for retail leasing activities. Prior to Bedrock, Mr. Darling was the Director of Leasing for RPT Realty (formerly Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust) where he led all leasing activity, and provided acquisition, due diligence, and disposition value enhancement. He has been active member of ICSC since 1987 and is a registered Real Estate Licensee in Michigan.
David holds a Bachelor of Technology (Architectural Science) degree from Ryerson University in Toronto and an MBA from Wayne State University. He is a licensed real estate sales person in the State of Michigan and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Prior to joining the Company, Emily was a Real Estate Partner at Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C where she served as counsel to developers in connection with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Real Estate Partner at Freeborn & Peters LLP in Chicago, Illinois and as an Associate Counsel for Vail Resorts in Vail, Colorado.
Emily holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
George Bistolarides joined the Company in September of 2019. George has served in numerous roles within our Acquisitions team and in 2023 became Director of Acquisitions in the Eastern Region. He is responsible for analyzing and underwriting acquisition opportunities that fit within the Company's investment criteria as well as managing a large network of real estate contacts. He also manages our Analyst Team.

Previously, Mr. Lehmkuhl served as Corporate Executive Vice President for Con-Way (NYSE: CNW) and President of Con-Way Freight, where he was responsible for overall company operating and financial performance, strategic planning and business plan development and direction of the company's continuous improvement processes. He has also held senior management positions at Menlo Worldwide Logistics, Delphi Automotive Systems and Penske Logistics. Mr. Lehmkuhl holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Michigan State University as well as a Master of Business Administration from Oakland University.

Jeff Konkle joined the Agree team in 2017 as Director of Construction and was recently promoted to Vice President of Construction. Mr. Rossi served as Group President of The TJX Companies, Inc. responsible for Global TJX Real Estate, Global Procurement, TJX Logistics and Transportation, New Business Development, Information Technology and Global Sourcing Services since 2005. He served as Chief Operating Officer of HomeGoods from 2000 to 2005, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Marmaxx Group from 1995 to 2000 and President and Chief Executive Officer of Marshalls from 1990 to 1995. Mr. Rossi began his career in 1967 as a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Young & Co.

Josh Bratton has been with Agree since 2013 serving in a number of roles, including management of over 300 transactions in 37 states with a total value of over $1B.
As Director of Development, Josh is responsible for originating development opportunities for retailer clients and has worked with sector-leading retailers including 7-Eleven; TJX Companies, Inc.; Burlington Coat Factory; Hobby Lobby; O'Reilly Auto Parts; Tractor Supply Company; Tire Discounters; Harbor Freight Tools and more. He oversees market analysis, site selection, land acquisition, and entitlements, as well as managing the entire development process.
He is also responsible for sourcing and facilitating Partner Capital Solution and Development Take-Over projects working directly with developer partners.

He founded and was the Managing Director of Integral Strategic Consulting, a boutique IT and Program Management consulting firm. He also served as the Vice President of Engineering Process and IT Systems Optimization at Delphi Technologies and was the Head of Information Technology at Magna Powertrain overseeing a global team of 300 IT professionals. Larry also held roles at Ricardo Technical Consulting as Head of North American Program Management and Continuous Improvement and at Ford Motor Company in various Engineering and Program Management capacities.

Leah Marsaglia joined Agree Realty in March 2022 as our Corporate Controller. Leah is responsible for the supervision of accounting policies and the preparation of the consolidated financial statements and public company reporting.
Prior to joining Agree Realty, she served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller at Retail Properties of America, Inc. (RPAI) where she led the corporate accounting, property accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable teams. Prior to joining RPAI, Ms. Marsaglia spent 12 years in the real estate audit practice of KPMG.

Marc Brandt joined the Company as Director of Property Management in 2015. In 2017 he was promoted to Director of Asset Management and again in 2018 to Vice President of Asset Management. Marc holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from Albion College. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Michigan and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Max Gordon joined the Company in April of 2021 as an Associate Director of Due Diligence and was subsequently promoted to Director of Transactions in 2022. In 2023, Max became the Director of Acquisitions in the Western Region. In this capacity, he is responsible for analyzing and underwriting acquisition opportunities that fit within the Company's investment criteria as well as managing a large network of real estate contacts.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Gordon was formerly an Owner's Representative and Property Manager with Broder & Sachse Real Estate where he was responsible for leading and managing high-profile development projects located in the City of Detroit.
Mr. Gordon graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, MO with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and was also a pitcher for their varsity baseball team.

Merrie S. Frankel, appointed Director of the Company in September 2016, has most recently spent the last 18 years at Moody's Investors Service in the Commercial Real Estate Finance Group as Vice President and Senior Credit Officer, where she was responsible for rating real estate investment trusts and real estate operating companies. Prior to her time at Moody's, she was Senior Vice President and Director of Portfolio Management for the Argo Funds and held numerous positions within the real estate industry at notable companies including Ernst & Young, Cushman & Wakefield, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Salomon Brothers Inc.
Ms. Frankel is currently an adjunct professor at Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation and New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate. She holds a J.D. and M.B.A. degree from Hofstra University and graduated with a B.A. in English from the University of Pennsylvania with numerous honors. Among her industry affiliations, she is a board member and treasurer of the Women Executives in Real Estate (WX) Charitable Fund, has served as a Trustee and chaired the New York District Council for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and chaired the nominating committee for the Financial Women's Association of New York (FWA).
Michael Judlowe joined Agree Realty's Board of Directors in September 2021. Mr. Judlowe most recently served as Chairman of Jefferies' US Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging investment banking practice from June 2019 to March 2021. He also previously served as Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets Americas from 2013 to 2019. He joined Jefferies as a Managing Director in 2010 to establish the Real Estate Equity Capital Markets practice. Prior to his time at Jefferies, Mr. Judlowe spent ten years in Equity Capital Markets at Citigroup.
Over his career in banking, Mr. Judlowe has led a significant number of equity transactions and successful initial public offerings, including National Storage Affiliates Trust (NYSE: NSA), QTS Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: QTS), AmREIT, Inc. (formerly NYSE: AMRE) and ClubCorp Holdings, Inc. (formerly NYSE: MYCC).
Mr. Judlowe earned his B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from NYU's Stern School of Business.

Mike Hutchens joined Agree Realty in May 2022 as Director, Internal Audit. Mike is responsible for continuous improvement in our financial and operational risk assessment, internal control environment, and ongoing compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
Prior to joining Agree Realty, Mike worked for The Taubman Company as Manager, Internal Audit.

Nicole Witteveen joined the Company in 2019 and served in numerous roles in the Company including most recently as Chief of Staff and Executive Vice President, People & Culture. As Chief Operating Officer, she leads all aspects of the Company's Asset Management, People & Culture, Information Technology, and Strategic Initiatives.
Prior to joining Agree, she led the human resources function at a growing startup in Metro Detroit and has worked in learning and organization development, workforce planning, and performance management for Dish Network, Lockheed Martin and Enova International.

Peter joined the Company in December of 2015 and has served in numerous financial, capital markets and analysis roles with the Company. Prior to the formation of Agree Realty, he acted as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Agree Development Company as well as Managing Partner of the general partnership that held the Company's multi-state portfolio. Mr. Agree founded the Company's predecessor in 1971.
Throughout his 50-year career, Mr. Agree has personally overseen the development of over 8,000,000 square feet of retail space across the country. Mr. Agree is a graduate of Detroit College of Law, a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. He has been honored in numerous trade publications and was recently named a "Real Estate Icon" by Real Estate Forum magazine.

Ryan Cockerill joined the Company in April of 2016 as its Director of Acquisitions. In 2018, he was promoted to Vice President of Acquisitions. He is responsible for analyzing and underwriting acquisition opportunities in the Eastern region of the States that fit within the Company's investment criteria as well as sourcing transactions and managing a large network of real estate contacts. Ryan is a Co-Chair of ADC's Steering Committee.
Prior to joining Agree, Ryan worked at Marcus & Millichap where he played an integral role in closing $200 million in transaction volume.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Sarah Turton joined the Company in May of 2022 as a Director of Due Diligence. Sarah is responsible for coordinating all aspects of real estate due diligence on acquisitions in the Eastern Region.
Prior to joining the Company, Sarah most recently worked for Broder & Sachse as a Commercial Portfolio Manager.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from Hope College.
Stephen Joined ADC December of 2021, as Deputy Chief Accounting Officer. Stephen is responsible for the company's accounting and reporting functions.
Prior to joining ADC Stephen served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller of Kite Realty Group Trust, one of the largest publicly traded owners and operators of open-air shopping centers and mixed-use assets. He joined Kite in 2015 as Assistant Controller and also held the role of Director, Assistant Corporate Controller. Previously, Stephen worked for KPMG for over 7 years and held multiple roles.
Stephen earned both a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Masters of Business Administration from The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Stephen is a Certified Public Accountant.

Terra Stenerson joined the Company in 2020 as Director of Due Diligence and was recently promoted to Vice President of Due Diligence. She is responsible for coordinating all aspects of real estate due diligence on acquisitions and select development projects. Terra brings many years of experience in negotiation, due diligence coordination, dispositions, and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Agree Realty, Terra spent almost 20 years with RPT Realty where she most recently was the Transactions Manager.
Terra holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University. She also is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
