Jenna is currently studying a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Criminology at Edith Cowan University and will graduate in November 2025 with Honors.
Prior to starting Ahern Sierakowski Lawyers & Advisors, Jenna has over 10-years' experience in administration and was previously a paralegal at a boutique family law firm. During her career, Jenna has assisted colleagues in drafting court documents and preparing for trials, mediation and appeals. She has also instructed at trials concerning property, parenting and violence restraining order matters, as well as assisted with Dispute Resolution Conferences. Jenna also has experience in dealing with criminal, family law, adoptions, violence restraining orders, criminal injury compensation claims, care and protection and children's court matters.
Jenna also recently competed as Counsel in a National Mooting Competition before retired High Court Justice Michael Kirby, where she was awarded with the "Spirit of the Moot" Award for dedication and commitment to the Spirit of the Moot. The Spirit of the Moot awards unity in difficult situations, creativity and out of the box thinking or to overcome unexpected burdens or the fostering of relations across frontiers and traditional divides.
Lucy is an associate lawyer at Ahern Sierakowski Lawyers & Advisors. Graduating from Edith Cowan University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Laws, she was admitted as a solicitor in Western Australia in October 2020. Lucy also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition from Curtin University.
Before joining Ahern Sierakowski Lawyers & Advisors, Lucy worked in a range of boutique law firms specialising in all facets of law. Throughout her tenure, Lucy has had considerable exposure to a vast range of complex legal matters. As a result, Lucy gained extensive experience to refine her repertoire and is now well placed to provide comprehensive advice to her clients at any stage of their life while considering all segments of the law.
Lucy primarily specialises in Civil and Estate Litigation, Estate Planning and Commercial Law.

Marcus has practiced law in Western Australia in the areas of commercial litigation, commercial law and debt recovery for 30 years. He graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws in 1987.
His clients include a range of companies and businesses of all sizes and individuals. He has specialised in contract advice, commercial advice, contract disputes, commercial litigation and debt recovery for 30 years in the Federal Court, Supreme Court, District Court and Magistrates Court. He also specialises in building and construction cases including mediation and arbitration.
