Charles R. Evans is President of the International Health Services Group (IHSG) and Senior Advisor at Jackson Healthcare. IHSG is a social enterprise he founded in 2007 to support health services development in underserved areas of the world. It is the mission of IHSG to work with established organizations to supplement their capabilities in healthcare management and development as they work to achieve their broader missions. Current projects are located in Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. IHSG also founded and supports the Leadership Corps for management capacity building. Finally, IHSG is active in encouraging international hospital partnerships between US hospitals and hospitals in economically developing countries.
Evans serves as a member of the boards at Jackson Healthcare, MiMedx Group, WellStreet Urgent Care and Arena. Additionally, he serves on the boards of non-profit organizations including FaithBridge Foster Care and AIHA. He also serves as a member of the Global Group for Healthcare Partnerships and the International Hospital Federation's Healthcare Management Special Interest Group. He was recently recognized by the International Hospital Federation as an honorary member.

Claudia Gray-Rudd rejoined AIHA in September 2022. She is responsible for managing all of the administrative and operational activities of AIHA globally. Claudia is based in Virginia and has over 20 years' experience managing operations of global health programs funded by the U.S. and European Governments, as well as private foundations. She has a demonstrated track record in financial accountability, contracts and grants compliance, and operational efficiency.
Before joining AIHA, Claudia served as Country Director of Operations in Malawi with Management Sciences for Health (MSH) and was also Director of Operations and Administration for AIHA from 2015 - 2017. Previously held positions include Senior Operations Officer at MSH, Finance and Operations Officer at John Snow, Inc. (JSI), and Senior Operations Manager at the Academy for Educations Development (AED). Claudia holds a M.A. in International Development from The American University and a B.A from Bowdoin College.
As AIHA's Program Director based in Washington, DC, Dr. Inna Jurkevich is responsible for providing oversight and direction for all of our technical assistance interventions. She also supervises all AIHA country directors and our headquarters program team. Dr. Jurkevich has more than 23 years of international health program management experience in the United States, Eastern Europe, sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, and Latin America, managing medical programs that have focused on primary healthcare, women's health, tuberculosis, and HIV/AIDS. In addition she has extensive experience managing programs for vulnerable, displaced, and incarcerated populations; risk reduction and emergency preparedness; and curricula development. From 2000-2003, Dr. Jurkevich was an integral part of AIHA's Washington-based programs team for Russia. In November 2003, she became a health delegate for the Regional Delegation of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in Central Asia, working from Almaty, Kazakhstan. Upon her return to the United States in 2005, Dr. Jurkevich rejoined AIHA's Washington staff as Program Officer for the Regional Knowledge Hub for the Care and Treatment of HIV/AIDS in Eurasia. She later served as Regional Director for Russia and CIS, managing AIHA's capacity-building activities and training programs in these regions from our Moscow office. Dr. Jurkevich's previous experience includes serving as a medical doctor at Grodno City Hospital in Belarus; medical coordinator of UNHCR's medical program in Moscow; and director of the representative office at Magee Women's Hospital in Moscow. She earned her MD in Internal Medicine from Grodno State University (Belarus), as well as her MS in Emergency Health Services Management, with a specialization in Disaster Management, from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC).
Maye Kathryn "Sissy" Stevinson is recently retired from HCA Healthcare (NYSE:HCA), after serving 33 years as a Human Resources Executive and Officer of the Company. Ms. Stevinson's leadership was instrumental in the advancement of Human Resources strategies that propelled workforce development and support of 28 lines of business spanning 43 markets across the United States. In partnership with State and Federal agencies to build clinical pipeline development for critical staffing needs, Sissy worked to secure funding for hospitals across Georgia, Florida and South Carolina and served on the Manpower taskforce for the Georgia Hospital Association. With a focus on patient safety, Sissy served as the Executive Sponsor of a 40,000 member Dependent Healthcare Professional Credentialing Program to ensure that contracted clinicians and service workers functioning in hospitals across the country were qualified. She served for over a decade on the Chief Nursing Executive Council, an esteemed council that explored and implemented evidence based clinical practices and technologies to elevate quality outcomes across 1800+ points of care. Serving as an HR executive for a Fortune 100 Company for over 30 years, Sissy is an accomplished leader that thrives on building leadership development and employee engagement at all levels.
Previously, Ms. Stevinson served on the Board of the Georgia Perimeter College, part of Georgia State University in metropolitan Atlanta with over 22,000 students, where she facilitated partnerships with local healthcare providers to support Nursing program development. Having a passion for music, she also served on the finance and compensation committees on the Board of the Belcourt Theatre in Nashville, Tennessee, home of the original Grand Ole Opry.
Ms. Stevinson is an Alabama native and graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Hospital and Healthcare Services Administration. She holds 2 senior professional certifications, SHRM-SCP and SPHR.
As AIHA's President and CEO, Mr. David Greeley is responsible for setting and carrying out the organization's vision; managing its programs, personnel, and finances; and increasing its visibility and resources.
Mr. Greeley has over 25 years of experience with international nonprofit health and development organizations and more than 10 years of experience in the private sector. Immediately prior to joining AIHA, he served as President and CEO of Accordia Global Health Foundation. As the flagship corporate responsibility program of the pharmaceutical company Pfizer, Inc., Accordia's mission is to improve healthcare capacity in Africa. Over the past decade, the Foundation established and helped develop the now renowned Infectious Disease Institute (IDI) in Uganda.
Previously, Mr. Greeley served as Senior Vice President of External Affairs for the Global Alliance for TB Drug Development (TB Alliance), a product development partnership working to bring new tuberculosis treatments to the market. At the TB Alliance, he was responsible for resource mobilization, policy and advocacy, community engagement, and the integration of communications into the external affairs agenda. Prior to the TB Alliance, Mr. Greeley served as Vice President for the Center for Private Sector Health Initiatives at AED, (which subsequently became FHI360), where he managed a team of some 50 individuals and a project portfolio of approximately $35 million annually. The Center's projects spanned malaria, reproductive health, and HIV/AIDS, and operated in Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean.
From 1998-2008, Mr. Greeley worked for Merck & Co. Inc., first leading the public affairs, communications, and policy function for the Latin American division and then heading up the company's global HIV/AIDS programs, policy, and stakeholder relations within the Office of Corporate Responsibility. Prior to Merck, he worked for Population Services International (PSI) for more than seven years. There he created the organization's new business development department and led operations in India before being tapped to oversee PSI programming throughout Asia, as well as the business development department. At CARE, Mr. Greeley worked in Indonesia, Belize, and Niger in various programmatic and management capacities. He served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Burkina Faso, West Africa, in the early 1980s.
Mr. Greeley has health expertise in HIV/AIDS, TB, malaria, family planning, maternal and child health, and building healthcare capacity, as well as experience in public affairs, communications, policy and advocacy, developing public-private partnerships, resource mobilization, and program and financial management. He has travelled to more than 90 countries and worked in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the United States, including extended stays in Burkina Faso, Niger, the Democratic Republic of Congo, India, and Indonesia. He has a Master's Degree in International Relations from Columbia University with a dual degree in Economic and Political Development and African Affairs.

Ms. Barrett is Executive Director of Quality and Population Health Strategy for Bayer US Pharmaceuticals division. She works to advance the Bayer vision of "Health for All, Hunger for None" by supporting needed changes in the health care quality landscape. Her responsibilities include building and executing strategies that align Bayer's pipeline assets with customers' goals to improve the quality of care and health outcomes for populations.
Ms. Barrett has over 25 years of diverse experience in quality improvement, population health management, value-based care and payment models across the health care industry. As Vice President of Product Design and Support for the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) from 2008-2019, she was responsible for developing and growing a broad portfolio of innovative programs to evaluate and drive improvement in quality and value in health care. Before NCQA, Ms. Barrett led a consulting team supporting General Motors health benefits purchasing and supplier development. Previously, she served as the Director of Quality for Health Alliance Plan - a regional health plan subsidiary of the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit. She led that organization to benchmark-level performance on clinical and service indicators as well as Excellent Accreditation status from NCQA.
A Buffalo New York native, Ms. Barrett earned her undergraduate degree and Master's in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan. She is an active volunteer for Warrior Canine Connection in Maryland where she currently resides with her husband and teenage son.

Richard Berman (Secretary) is the Associate Vice President for Strategic Initiatives for Innovation and Research at the University of South Florida, visiting social entrepreneurship professor in the MUMA College of Business, and a professor in the Institute for Advanced Discovery & Innovation.
Mr. Berman is currently an elected member of the National Academy of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences (formerly known as the Institute of Medicine) in Washington, DC. He currently serves as a board member for Emblem Health, Seeds of Peace, the Savannah Centre for Diplomacy, Democracy, and Development in Abuja, Nigeria, CATASYS, Inc., and is the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Opportunities Industrialization Centers of South Florida. Previously, he has served on the Board of Directors for other organizations, including the Lillian Vernon Corporation; the Westchester Jewish Chronicle, where he chaired the Advisory Board; the American Jewish Committee, Westchester Chapter; and the March of Dimes.
Previous professional experience includes working as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company and serving as the Executive Vice President of NYU Medical Center and Professor of Health Care Management at the NYU School of Medicine. Mr. Berman also served as the Special Advisor to the leader of the African Union United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in Darfur, has held various roles at Korn Ferry International and Howe-Lewis International, and served in cabinet positions with the New York State Government and the U.S. Department of Health Education and Welfare. In 1995, Mr. Berman was selected by Manhattanville College to serve as its tenth President. Mr. Berman is credited with the turnaround of the College, where he served until 2009.
Mr. Berman received his BBA, MBA, and MPH from the University of Michigan and holds honorary doctorates from Manhattanville College and New York Medical College.
Rushina Vipani brings extensive experience in finance and accounting including in management roles, with both for profit and not for profit organizations. She has managed the financial components of complex program portfolios with multiple sources of funding including from the US and Foreign Governments, corporations, private foundations, associations and membership-based organizations.
Rushina's work experience includes as Director of Finance at 350.org., AWS/Amazon, and at number of mission-driven international non-government organizations at the Controller/Director level. Ms. Vipani is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Virginia and has two Bachelor's Degree - in Accounting and Auditing.
