Most recently John and Sam provided their expertise and humor to install ductless system for our 3rd floor. Heat really does rise. Bob provided marvelous plan for the system and was able to obtain the new wireless/app connection for Mitsubishi.They have maintained our main system for many years, keep it running and replace as needed with professionalism and reasonable costs.
I had an amazing experience with Air Specialities! My family's AC system stopped cooling and I contacted Air Specialties immediately after finding them online. They provided same day service and were able to provide me with a new install very quickly. My unit was extremely outdated and has been constantly running the last few weeks. Little did I know it was because the unit was failing and was not adequate for the square footage of our house. I highly recommend Air Specialities. I have had an excellent customer relationship with Air Specialties for a few years. I've been very pleased with the rapid response to my needs and outstanding maintenance work on my furnace. This year I had to replace both AC and furnace. My service rep came out the next day after we called late the night before, diagnosed problem, discussed costs, ordered necessary units, and returned to install a week later. Skillful service people worked tirelessly for two solid days; 9-5:00. The finished product was impeccable and town inspector just left and was duly impressed with the final installation. I am very pleased and want to thank Air Specialties and all the wonderful service people who have worked so professionally on my furnace and AC.

From the initial call to schedule a repair appointment, Wendy was friendly, helpful and accommodating to my actual appointment less than a week later, where my technician Pete was on time, professional and knowledgeable. I have been a customer of Air Specialties for over 30 years. Their service has always been on time, their technicians are courteous and well -trained. Their technician "Mike" serviced my air conditioner today - he took the time to thoroughly check and test the system, and I am confident it will work perfectly for the season ahead.

3 days after moving into a new home my central air died! It was 90 degrees and we were melting. I was told by multiple companies it would take 3 weeks to come out, come on! I called here and the nicest, super helpful Wendy picked up the phone and helped me! Her customer service was Amazing! She got a technician out to my house within 2 hours! This is a great company to work with.There are always on time, and always answer the phone (which no one does any more).They always call before the appointment and if there is to be a delay, they call.I have been using them for repairs and maintenance for at least 10 years. Last visit they installed a new furnace and condenser unit.They did beautiful work and cleaned up, to boot. I never heard a peep from them. These kind folks took care of my condenser failure the very same morning that I called. Who else does that? In the middle of a heat wave!The customer service is superlative and their technical people are the best at what they do.Do yourselves a favor and give them a call. These guys are always ON TIME, POLITE and are A VALUE. DO use their maintenance plan. It is worth it.The prices are reasonable and they don't think of ways to pad your bill. It is fair and they do a great job.The "front office" is efficient and they really put service above everything else. They explain everything they do in terms a non HVAC guy can understand.I have done business with 4 different HVAC companies and these guys are miles ahead of the other companies in every aspect.They earned their 5 stars. Gave a great price when we needed a new boiler back in 2020. Installed promptly and professionally, and they came back to ensure all was working well. They have responded both times we have needed some assistance, and they diligently set about finding a solution each time. Always friendly, prompt, personable, and professional.
Wow. I called and scheduled for Tuesday, then they had an opening for the same day I called. They came out promptly and were able to fix my problem in one trip!Mike was my technician and he was awesome! Super friendly and super professional! I'll be using then again!
I called regarding an issue I thought I was having with the furnace- I received a call back within a half hour and they scheduled a tech to visit the very next day which was great! I have had a maintenance contract with Air Specialty now for the last 4 - 5 years, maybe longer. I have been very very satisfied with this company. Jim their maintenance technician is always on time and very thorough with his checkups. He keeps me informed on everything he does and what to keep my eyes on.Wendy is also very friendly over the phone with customer service. TOP NOTCH COMPANY !
Air specialties has very knowledgeable, helpful and honest staff. They came to our house several times during the winter, including weekends, to address heating issues in a very complicated system that they will replace. They did everything they could to keep heat in our house this winter. They are very reliable and responsive. I would highly recommend them.
They installed our furnace and AC units. Always professional, on time, polite. Their annual maintenance service is great and we never have had loss of heat or AC because of it.

I bought & moved into a home about 1½ years ago, & had problems with the furnace the first winter, 2019. Air Specialties was recommended by my plumber. The technician, Jim, came out & discussed the problems he found with me & did repairs as necessary. Still had a few instances where the furnace would shut down but got through last winter. At the beginning of this winter, 2020, the furnace was just not reliable so decided that I should replace it. Bob came out & wrote up an estimate, & when I finally decided to go ahead, it was installed within 2 days. The two technicians, John & Pete, were here most of the day. They did a great job, were personable, answered any questions that I had, & did an excellent clean-up.
This Company gave me a very competitive price and a Prompt date to start and an exact time they would need to complete the job. The Workers that did the job were great guys and hard workers. They were courteous and helpful. They worked late the last day to insure the job was completed when promised. The office personnel were also very kind and helpful when asked to provide additional paperwork. I absolutely will recommend this company too anyone needing heating or air conditioning installed.

Air Specialties did a phenomenal job of replacing my antiquated gas fired hot air heating system. After 28 years the old 80% efficient unit finally quit in January of this year. The team quickly responded to analyze the situation and provided 2 options. We elected for a total replacement after consulting the technicians. They quickly ordered and installed the new system to accommodate us given the time of year and outside temperatures. We now have a 95% efficient unit and Air specialties is returning in a couple of weeks to replace the AC portion of the HVAC system. I highly recommend this company as the overall experience from sales to engineering to installation was first rate!
I just moved into a home with a very old heating and air conditioning system. When I called Air Specialties they came right out and serviced the furnace. The service tech was very careful to keep his mask on properly and social distance. I'm completely satisfied with this company and plan to work with them for a long time to come.
Air Specialties has been taking care of my properties for over ten years, and they always come through!! Today our furnace went off during the night, we called Air Specialties, Bob was great as usual, he sent Pete to repair our issue, and again, as always, Pete is the man!! We have heat, and the job was completed within an hour and a half from our original phone call!!! You really can't ask for better!! Replacement of a 30year old central air unit. Enjoyed, was thoroughly satisfied, with my experience with Air Specialties beginning with Bob, Sales Engineer and ending with technician, Mike. Pleasant experience with customer service calls to Wendy. In Total: Received high quality unit, price workable for my budget, staff arrival time even a little earlier than stated, job finished on time, unit details needing adjustment were fine-tuned immediately when asked. I also appreciate the technician, Mike, when leaving saying 'thank you for having us'. That I will remember too! Thank you!
