Michael has served as ICS's CFO since 2020. Michael's focus is on delivering timely and accurate financial information to company leaders so that they can invest more of their time on improving customer experience. Prior to joining ICS, Michael held various financial and operational leadership roles in service-based businesses. Michael began his career in investment banking and private equity investing. He has earned an MBA in Finance and Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Michael lives with his wife and two daughters in New Jersey and works primarily out ICS's Endicott headquarters.
