Keith Tholan - COO, President

Keith Tholan is President and Chief Operating Officer for AIT Worldwide Logistics. Arriving at AIT in 2002 with broad logistics experience in sales, customer service and operations, he began his career as the western region's Director of Sales. Upon successfully piloting the merger of his west coast area with the company's southwestern territory, he was named Regional Vice President in 2003. With operations management added to his sales and recruiting responsibilities, Tholan directed the expanded region, which flourished under his guidance. In 2010 he was promoted to Vice President of Sales for the entire organization. In 2012, he was a member of the team that executed the leveraged buyout of AIT and he continues to be the driving force for all aspects of the company's sales and operations strategy as co-owner and COO. In the workplace, Tholan is regarded as the champion for High Performance - one of the Core Values supporting AIT's business. He has adopted a methodology (Craft-Go-Adjust) to help co-workers across the organization achieve High Performance in their roles. Tholan lives in the Los Angeles area with his wife, two daughters and their two dogs. The family enjoys skiing together and he also pursues other outdoor activities including running and paddleboarding.

Kory Glen - CFO

Kory Glen joined AIT Worldwide Logistics as the company's Chief Financial Officer in 2017 with nearly two decades of experience serving as a financial leader for companies in the construction, professional services and real estate sectors. His extensive expertise includes debt and equity capital transactions, financial reporting and operating metrics. Prior to joining AIT, Glen served as the Chief Financial Officer for a publicly traded construction equipment rental business. He also worked for an S&P 500 residential Real Estate Investment Trust and began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young LLP. In addition to being a certified public accountant, Glen has a Bachelor of Science degree in accountancy from Northern Illinois University. He lives in the Chicago area with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he gives back his time by volunteering with his children's sports organizations and his church.

Ray Fennelly serves as Executive Vice President / Chief Information Officer for AIT Worldwide Logistics. He began his freight forwarding career in 1992, before joining AIT's sales group in 1995. Fennelly grew his career by taking on numerous leadership roles with increasing responsibility in sales and business development. In 2012, he became a co-owner of AIT as a member of the team that conducted the successful leveraged buyout of the company. He was promoted to CIO in 2017, overseeing the Global Compliance, Management Information Systems and Marketing and Communications teams while also taking a lead role in many of the company's acquisitions. Nominated in 2021 to be the executive sponsor for AIT's sustainability initiative, Fennelly directed the integration of the company's existing environmental, social and governance programs under a unified corporate social responsibility framework, leading to the 2022 publication of AIT's Sustainability Report. Born and raised in Ireland, Fennelly is based at AIT's corporate headquarters in the western suburbs of Chicago. In addition to being an avid computer and electronics enthusiast, he plays acoustic guitar as part of a deep and lifelong passion for music.

Vaughn Moore is Chairman and CEO of AIT Worldwide Logistics. He became an owner of AIT in 2012 after leading his team of Executive Vice Presidents in a successful leveraged buyout of the company. With three decades of service in the logistics industry, Moore's diverse background includes extensive sales, public speaking, recruitment and management experience. In 2023, Moore was honored by Ernst & Young LLP as an Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2023 Midwest award winner in recognition of his success in elevating AIT from a mid-size U.S. forwarder to a global logistics juggernaut. As a leader in the global community of logistics professionals, Moore has been lending an influential voice through his service on the World Freight Alliance(Opens in a new window)'s Board of Directors since 2013. He is also a member of the Young Presidents' Organization(Opens in a new window) and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals(Opens in a new window). As part of his passionate commitment to community service, Moore began his tenure on the Board of Directors for The Center for Enriched Living(Opens in a new window) in July 2017. Since 2016, he has been a member of the Executive Committee for the Chicago Select Golf Invitational(Opens in a new window) - an annual fundraising event that benefits the American Cancer Society(Opens in a new window) (ACS) - and he led the event as Chairman for a two-year term beginning in 2020. Moore also serves on the host committee for the annual ACS Impact Makers event. In acknowledgement of his dedication to the fight against cancer, ACS presented Moore with the Impact Maker of the Year award in 2022 and that same year he was recognized as the Leadership Honoree at the ACS Chicago Discovery Ball. He is also a WGA Director for the Western Golf Association Evans Scholars Foundation(Opens in a new window) and he serves as an at-large member on the Executive Board of Directors for the Rams Club(Opens in a new window) at University of North Carolina. Moore earned his MBA from J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He and his wife reside in the western suburbs of Chicago with their daughter. In addition to spending time with his family, Moore enjoys golfing and actively supporting his alma mater's renowned Tar Heels.
