In a time of health care reform and an ever changing system, A&J Home Care has committed to strive to continue its standards in the health care arena... Our agency provides aides to the home, to independent and assisted living facilities and to Hospitals and Nursing Homes in both Westchester and Putnam Counties. Our skilled RN's meet with the families to assess and evaluate each client and develops a plan of care for each and everyone specific to their needs. We pride ourselves in not only caring for a patient, but for the whole family.
