Adam Ritter

Principal and Co - Portfolio Manager of the Alceon High Conviction Absolute Return Fund

Adam joined Alceon in 2016 as a Principal and Co-Portfolio Manager of the Alceon High Conviction Absolute Return Fund. He has over 17 years of equity markets experience in both trading and funds management roles in Sydney and New York. Most recently, he was responsible for managing a trading book of Asian and European equities for JP Morgan in New York. Adam also worked on the trading desk at Macquarie Bank in New York. Prior to moving offshore, Adam worked at Tyndall Investment Management (now Nikko Asset Management), a $6bn Australian value driven equity manager, where he led all equity and derivative trading in addition to stock specific research responsibilities. Adam was also an Equity Analyst at Vertex Capital and Jaguar Funds Management, both long/short equity managers. Adam started his career as an accountant at KPMG and holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours) from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Adrian Kidd

Adrian Kidd leads Alceon's Credit investment business. Adrian has over 15 years of experience across the principal investment, structured finance and advisory sectors. Having joined Alceon shortly after its inception in 2011, Adrian has developed significant expertise in structuring bespoke debt facilities for both domestic and off-shore borrowers particularly in the non-bank lending space. Previously Adrian worked at Alinta Energy in Corporate Strategy and Babcock & Brown in the Corporate and Structured Finance Group. Prior to that, Adrian worked in actuarial consulting with Tillinghast Towers Perrin. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern Queensland, a Masters of Commerce from the University of NSW and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland. Adrian was previously also a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries Australia.

Andrew Fatin

Before Babcock & Brown, Andrew spent 2 years with NM Rothschild & Sons in structured property finance, and 9 years with Lend Lease Corporation in various roles including group treasury and project & structured finance. Prior to joining Alceon, Damien spent 3 years as Global COO of Babcock & Brown's real estate business, 3 years with Investa Property Group as Group Financial Controller and CFO of the Residential Development business, 7 years with Thales (including 5 years as Americas Region CFO based in Houston) and 6 years with Sime Darby, a Malaysian conglomerate. Grant Atchison

Grant co-founded Freehold Investment Management and was the company's Managing Director for 11 years before merging the business with Alceon in 2021. He is now Head of Real Estate Fund Management where he oversees Alceon's investment strategies across real estate debt, A-REITs & listed infrastructure, and unlisted property. Prior to Freehold, Grant was a Senior Consultant with Atchison Consultants where his advisory and research experience included the global and domestic, listed and unlisted property sectors. His strategy consulting work covered the establishment of fund management businesses and products with both new and existing fund managers. Grant brings a wealth of knowledge to the company from over 25 years' experience in the property, infrastructure and finance industries, including working for both Lend Lease in Australia and the AIM listed property group ISG in the United Kingdom. His direct property experience includes project management, design and construction where he was involved in the delivery of over $1.5b of assets. Grant has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from RMIT University and a Masters of Business Administration from Warwick Business School in the United Kingdom. In 2009, he was awarded a scholarship to undertake the Certified Investment Management Analyst program and now holds the CIMA® designation.

Grant Mackenzie

Prior to Freehold, Grant was Senior Investor Relations Manager for Federation Centres (now Vicinity Centres) and Portfolio Manager of Macquarie's Australian Listed Real Estate Fund, one of the largest A-REIT funds in Australia. Jacob Hutton
