Claudia has been a key member of Alco for over 15 years. Prior to moving to Ottawa 20 years ago, Claudia practiced criminal law in Colombia, her motherland. Claudia deals directly with supervisors, cleaners and clients on a daily business, always putting the focus on customer service and quality of service delivery. Claudia enjoys spending time with her two sons, reading, writing, biking and hiking.
Born in Montreal, Dan has over 20 years' experience in the building cleaning industry and has been President of Alco since 2004 when he took over from his father. Dan is the father of three girls and is actively involved as a ringette coach for the Gloucester Cumberland Ringette association. He's also a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Ottawa (BOMA) and enjoys fishing and golfing in his spare time. Dan attended the University of New Brunswick.
Jean-Marc joined Alco in 2016, bringing over 20 years' experience in the field. His organized and efficient style is a great asset to Alco and its clients alike. Originally from Montreal, he has lived in Ottawa for over 20 years. The proud father of 3 is also a hockey and ringette coach. Jean-Marc attended the Université du Québec à Montréal.
