ALIADA

Aliada is the trading name of Ayios Andronicos Development Co. Ltd, part of the Manglis Group of Companies. Though Aliada itself was registered in 1997, it comes from an established background of business and property development that dates back to 1973. Starting with the development of a regulated area in Archangelos, today Aliada has several projects underway including development of residential houses in Psimolofou and in the Eleonon area in Strovolos, and a series of luxury apartments throughout Nicosia. Aliada has also acquired land outside the capital and along the coastline in order to begin new developments.
