Alicia Quinn is a Contract Support Specialist and a Resident Compliance Specialist that joined our team in 2015. She is responsible for ensuring contract compliance with legal requirements, plans and specifications. She works closely with local government entities, funding sources, and federal, state, and local regulatory agencies to ensure completion of successful transportation projects in District 3.
Austin Hunter is an Engineer Intern for AHE with 3 years of experience. Austin has been involved in the design of numerous local municipal projects. He has also assisted with obtaining grant funding for various local municipal projects. Austin's work experience includes roadway design, signing and pavement markings, water design, and sewer design.
Brett Reid is a Project Engineer with 8 years' experience and is heavily involved with land planning and site plan design for AHE. He has managed several private commercial projects for AHE and has been involved with public water and sewer utility projects as well. Brett excels with site layout, grading stormwater design, utility connection design and permitting. He has also assisted local municipalities with obtaining grant funding for roadway and utility projects.
Eric Worrell is a Senior Utility Engineer with 14 years experience involved in multiple existing and newly proposed projects. He has obtained various approvals needed to proceed with the permitting and construction of commercial and residential sites. With his experience in utilities, drainage and stormwater design, Eric has quickly become a valuable asset in these fields. He has also broadened his areas of expertise by being involved in over 10 FDOT District III projects.

John Feeney is a Project Engineer with 5 years experience and is heavily involved with the Land Planning and Eminent Domain Proceedings for AHE. He also manages various commercial and residential site developments including obtaining permit approvals needed to proceed with construction. John has also assisted in securing grant funds for various local municipal projects and followed through with design of those projects. He has broadened his areas of expertise by being involved in over seven FDOT District III design projects and serving as CEI Assistant Project Administrator for AHE.

Jordan Burnett is Partner and the lead project engineer for AHE on most roadway transportation projects. Jordan is responsible for various types of civil and environmental design projects. These projects include roadway design (new construction, resurfacing and widening), site design, water distribution facilities, stormwater conveyance systems, stormwater ponds, roadway drainage systems, planning, and all project associated coordination and permitting. AHE recently promoted Jordan Burnett, PE to shareholder. As an owner in the Company Mr. Burnett will continue to provide superior Project Management/Project Engineering services to our clients.

Joseph Alday is President and Partner of AHE. Joseph is responsible for various types of civil and environmental design projects. These projects include the design of urban and rural new construction roadways, water distribution facilities, wastewater collection systems, wastewater pump stations, stormwater conveyance systems, stormwater ponds, roadway drainage systems, site design, planning and all project associated permitting. Joseph has also assisted the City of Marianna obtain several FDEP and USDA grants for funding of recreation and infrastructure improvements. The small size of AHE requires Joseph to be a very hands on administrator. He takes pride in his work and strives to be a versatile yet detail oriented engineer.
Justin Lyons is an Engineer Intern for AHE with 7 years of experience. Justin has been involved with numerous FDOT roadway design projects. He is also involved with Land Planning and Eminent Domain Proceedings. He has also assisted our engineers with other civil and environmental design projects and permitting.
Orion Douthit is an Engineer Intern for AHE with 3 years of experience. Orion has been involved in many FDOT roadway design projects. He has also assisted our engineers with other types of civil and environmental design projects. Orion's work experience includes roadway design, sidewalk design, and signing and pavement markings.

Travis Howell is Vice President and Partner of AHE and serves as the CEI Senior Project Engineer and Quality Control Manager for design. Travis is responsible for the administrative portion of all CEI projects as well as quality control including biddability and constructability reviews on all roadway design projects. These projects include both urban and rural roadways (new construction, resurfacing and widening). Sharing the administrative duties with Joseph, Travis also finds time to manage the land planning services provided by AHE.
