Daniel Huber

Daniel Huber joined Alegra Capital in January 2022 and is responsible for structured solutions and distribution. Daniel was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse until 2013 and ran the equity derivatives sales desk in Switzerland. The team's portfolio included OTC derivatives, structured and fund linked products such as CPPIs and CLO equity tranches. He previously held various roles related to equity, fixed income and cross asset derivatives sales at Credit Suisse, Cantrade and UBS. More recently Daniel was the head of government advisory and strategic development at Henley & Partners, the leading firm in investment migration. Daniel received a magna cum laude degree in economics from the University of Zurich. During his studies he spent one year in Tokyo on a scholarship from the Swiss-Japanese Chamber of Commerce, studying language and culture and working as an intern at UBS Tokyo.

Daniel Riediker co-founded Alegra Capital in 2003 as Partner and CEO. He was the former CEO of Centre Solutions Ltd., Zurich, and headed up Centre's European CDO group. During his 8 years with the Centre Group, he collected a broad experience in the area of structured finance and alternative risk transfer. He acquired, structured and executed transactions in the areas of ABS (CDO), contingent equity and structured (re-)insurance.

Denise Dobler

Denise Dobler is the Office Manager of Alegra Capital Ltd. and joined the company in April 2014. She has more than 10 years of experience as Office Manager in the financial services industry and was working for 47 Degrees North, MAN Investments and Salomon Brothers International. Prior to that she worked as an Executive-Assistant for a telecommunication company and for ABB Geneva.

Dr. Wolfgang Zürcher

Georg Wohlwend - Chairman

Philippe Jodin

Philippe Jodin co-founded Alegra Capital in 2003 as Partner. He is a former VP of Centre Solutions Ltd., Zurich. He was responsible for the quantitative analysis of complex transactions and was part of Centre's European CDO team. He designed stochastic pricing and analysis tools for products such as CDO transactions, equity correlation swaps and multiple options residual value transactions. He joined the Centre Group in 1998. Previously, he was a member of the actuarial team at The Canadian Surety Company in Toronto, Canada. Mr. Jodin is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (F.C.A.S.) and graduated from the Institut de Science Financière et d'Assurances (I.S.F.A.), Lyon, France.

Steen Jakobsen

Steen Jakobsen joined Saxo Bank in 2000 and serves as Chief Investment Officer. As Saxo Bank's CIO he focuses on delivering asset allocation strategies and analysis of the overall macroeconomic and political landscape. Steen was the founder of Saxo Bank's renowned Outrageous Predictions. Prior to joining Saxo Bank, he worked with Swiss Bank Corp, Citibank, Chase Manhattan, UBS and served as Global Head of Trading, FX and Options at Christiania (now Nordea). With more than 30 years of experience, Jakobsen regularly appears as a guest host on CNBC and Bloomberg News. Steen Jakobsen graduated University of Copenhagen in 1989 with a MSc in Economics.

Tarun Buxani

Tarun Buxani joined Alegra Capital Ltd in January 2015 as a Portfolio Manager. He was previously at PGIM (of Prudential Inc.) in London for over six years and managed more than EUR 2bn in high yield bond and leveraged loan portfolios, including the European Dryden CLOs, two CLO vehicles where PGIM acted as replacement manger and the platform's first European high yield bond fund. Prior to this, Mr Buxani worked as a portfolio manager at NIBC Credit Management where he co-managed the North Westerly CLOs and a proprietary bond fund. He has also worked in the Fixed Income Group at Threadneedle Investments. Mr. Buxani started his career in 2001 as a credit analyst at Centre Solutions (a former subsidiary of the Zurich Insurance Group) where he was part of the European CDO group and also worked on a number of project finance, asset finance and mezzanine transactions. Mr. Buxani has a BSc in Business Studies (specialising in Finance) and an MSc in Investment Management with distinction from Cass Business School, City University, London.
