Abdulla Al Gurg is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group. He leads and manages the Group's private investments and joint venture relationships. Abdulla Al Gurg is a member of the Board of Directors for ESAG. He leads and manages the Group's private investments and joint venture relationships. In his previous role as ESAG CEO, Abdulla expanded the Group's footprint in the GCC region; in the Sultanate of Oman, Iraq and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Within ESAG he focussed on business process engineering and optimisation with emphasis on developing technology that intelligently manages and empowers the supply chain. Abdulla intuitively perceives the threads of opportunity through ESAG, while guiding senior management to extend their thinking and drive business advantage. He has also spearheaded major tactical shifts, transforming the Group's technological base from a functional focus to an enabler of innovation while integrating the finance element to support ESAG's growth and expansion. He has been instrumental in leading the activation of a Treasury Management System, helping establish the first in-house bank in the GCC region. Abdulla has further consolidated ESAG's long standing successful partnerships with several global partners and clients. He is an active Board member within the Group's joint ventures, namely Al Gurg Fosroc, Siemens, Al Gurg Smollan, Al Gurg Unilever, Akzo Nobel Decorative Paints and Siemens Healthineers. Abdulla is also on the Board of Directors for the National Bank of Fujairah. Abdulla's passionate belief in people has inspired them to become more active and valuable contributors within ESAG. He believes in being future fit in all aspects of business and within his day to day life while constantly exploring new horizons. His refreshing candour and ability to engage an audience has allowed Abdulla to share his leadership views on entrepreneurship and family businesses at expert forums. His passion for Middle Eastern art and its revival on the world stage has led to his inclusion as a member of Tate's Middle East North Africa Acquisitions Committee. Abdulla is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Easa Saleh Al Gurg Charity Foundation. In recognition of the Foundation‘s charitable efforts, he was the Lloyds TSB Torchbearer for the London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay.

Dr Raja Easa Al Gurg, Chairperson and Managing Director of the Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group, is a well-known businesswoman in the region. She has achieved laurels for her stellar leadership of the Group under the tutelage of her late father, the Founder, Easa Saleh Al Gurg. A leading business woman in her own right, Dr Al Gurg has carved a unique niche for herself in the region due to her support and encouragement of Arab women entrepreneurs. She is the Founder of the Dubai Businesswomen Council and Member of the Board of Directors of Dubai Chambers. She is also a Board Member of Dubai Chamber of Trade and Dubai Women's Association. Dr Al Gurg is the Deputy Chairperson of the National Bank of Fujairah and on the advisory board of Coutts Bank, the wealth division of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Dubai Academic Health Corporation and Vice Chairperson of University of Dubai. She is on the Board of Trustees, for the Mohammad Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences. She is also a member of the Board of Governors of Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University and also on the Board of Trustees for Ajman University. She is an active a member of the Group's Board, overseeing day-to-day operations of the company. Her expertise has been invaluable in guiding the group's strategy, management focus, development and innovation. Her multifold responsibilities include approving and finalizing budgets of the diverse divisions within the ESAG Group. Maryam Al Gurg was an educator prior to her present role and started her career by teaching English for 12 years before moving to the Dubai Educational Zone for 5 years. She believes that education can be the point of difference and the key to success. Mrs Al Gurg is also an active member of the Dubai Business Women's Council contributing her expertise and business insights to strengthen the council's activities. Muna Easa Al Gurg is a businesswoman and philanthropist from Dubai. She is the Vice-Chairperson as well as Director of Retail at the Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group. She is also on the board of directors of several companies including HSBC Bank Middle East Limited. Muna was the Chairwoman of Young Arab Leaders, an organisation which promotes education, entrepreneurship and youth development. Muna has been advocating a greater role for women in business. In 2015 she launched the Muna Al Gurg Scholarship at London Business School, supporting female students studying in the school's MBA and Executive MBA programme. She is on the board of several non-profit organisations, such as the Emirates Foundation for Youth Development where she works closely with its Chairman, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
