After graduation, Julia moved to Denver and eventually put down roots in Ken Caryl, where she now raises her three daughters with her husband. When she isn't sitting at her computer or doing all of the mom things, Julia spends her free time playing tennis, road and mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, traveling, and hitting the live music scene. She loves adding a little something vintage to any sleek and modern design - or mixing something unexpectedly modern into mountain decor. When she's not busy designing, Kate focuses on her two nearly-grown kids, music, and lots of time spent outdoors.

Katie worked in the CO music business for many years until she was able to follow her dream of Interior Design and joined the AI team in 2016.
