Jon has 24 plus years experience in commercial real estate which includes sales, leasing, land planning and development consulting. Jon is recognized by the Austin Business Journal as a Heavy Hitter for commercial leasing.
Before forming The Aleshire Company, Jon was a Corporate Services Specialist at The Staubach Company. Prior to Staubach, Jon was Vice President of JBGoodwin Commercial. Jon has negotiated over hundreds of millions of dollars worth of real estate transactions.
Jon is an Austin native, a graduate of Texas State University with a B.A. in Urban and Regional Planning, and has his CCIM designation.
Jon enjoys fatherhood, golf, skiing, mountain biking and photography in his spare time.
