Abbie serves as a Technical Recruiter for Alleare Consulting. Building business partnerships with potential candidates allows Abbie to work quickly and efficiently to find top talent that matches with our clients' hiring needs. She combines her ability to network and her attention to detail to produce quality results.
Mrs. Pavelka holds her Bachelors in Retail Merchandising from the University of Texas and was also a member of the Women's Swimming and Diving team at the University of Texas.
Lana Arnold has a diverse background in technical recruiting, business development, project management, and management. She has worked with numerous Fortune 50, 100, 500 companies as well as small start-ups across multiple vertical markets. She has experience managing large enterprise accounts as well as managing a team of recruiters to ensure quality and talent are placed on the job. To add to her industry experience Lana also has extensive experience partnering with numerous VMS systems and applicant tracking devises.
Mrs. Arnold holds a Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University as well as a Minor in Professional Writing. Along with her professional career, she is always involved in a variety of networking groups and charitable organizations.

Megan serves as Senior Recruiter and Account Manager for Alleare Consulting. She combines her knowledge and experience in working with numerous individuals with a strong passion and sense of urgency for our clients. Her desire to match the right person to the culture, core values, and business strategies of our clients has enabled Megan to maintain an extremely high level of client satisfaction.
Mrs. Holcomb holds her Bachelors in Marketing from the University of North Texas and also served as a Kilgore College Rangerette at Kilgore Junior College.
Thomas Arnold - CFO, Chief Legal Officer
Thomas currently serves as Alleare Consulting's CFO and General Counsel. Thomas has a diverse background with expertise in finance, accounting, lending, and legal representation related thereto. Prior to his move to Alleare Consulting in January of 2012, Thomas was in private practice at one of the nation's top law firms where his primary focus was syndicated lending. He has experience representing financial institutions, commercial finance companies and private investment funds in various forms of secured and unsecured financings - including asset based financings, cash flow based financings, senior secured financings, second lien financings and mezzanine financings.
Some of Thomas' most recent accomplishments prior to moving to Alleare include: representing the administrative agent in a $500,000,000 syndicated loan to one of the largest beer distributors in the United States; representing the administrative agent in a $250,000,000 syndicated loan to a NASDAQ publicly-traded company; representing a private equity firm in its acquisition of an industrial lubricant company, which included $35,000,000 of first and second lien debt; representing a private equity firm in its acquisition of a recycling company, which included $10,000,000 of first and second lien debt; and representing a private equity firm in its acquisition of a home healthcare company, which included $7,500,000 of first and second lien debt.
Thomas received his J.D., with honors, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While at SMU, Thomas served as lead articles editor for the SMU Law Review. Thomas received his B.B.A., magna cum laude, in finance from Abilene Christian University.
