David Jackson, III

Prior to joining Ewing as a financial analyst, David was a senior political strategist and policy advisor for several members of U.S. Congress. His issue portfolio included federal economic, energy, and financial services policy, as well as trade and international relations. He also served as press secretary and policy director for a U.S. Senate campaign. David is a graduate of Wofford College and holds his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. In his spare time, David volunteers as a little league baseball coach in Charlotte, NC.

David Jolley - CEO

David is a career banker with over 40 years' experience advising companies large and small on capital structure issues. David is a career banker having spent 33 years with Wachovia in various client contact and advisory positions. He was one of the early members of the Corporate Finance Strategies team providing capital structure advisory support to bankers and their clients. He is a 1970 graduate of NC State with a BA in economics and a 1976 graduate of UNC- Greensboro with a MA in Economics where he was the 2014 distinguished alumnus. David holds his 7, 63, 24 and 79 licenses.

Errol Parsons - VP

Errol has over a decade experience in all aspects of the financial services industry. Errol has over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry. Errol is involved in providing research for Ewing's corporate advisory services, debt and equity capital raises, and mergers and acquisitions. He also provides operational and trading support for the clients of the affiliated RIA. Errol has a Masters of Management from the University of Florida and is Series 7, 63, and 24 licensed.

Vince Thomas - Managing Director

For over 20 years Vince has specialized in capital raising and debt placement for public and private Real Estate, Community Banks and Financial institutions. After selling his private business in 1998, Vince started his investment banking career with Davenport and Company and has held executive positions in the investment banking financial institutions groups of Griffin Financial, McKinnon and Company and Merion Capital Group. His areas of expertise for capital raising and debt placement are Community Banks, Financial Institutions, Real Estate Investment Trusts and private real estate companies. Vince is a 1980 graduate of Hampden-Sydney College with a BA in Economics. Vince holds Series 7,63 and 65.
