Drew is a positive, energetic, go-getter with over a decade of experience helping clients reach their personal and business goals. He spent the first half of his professional career in property management, helping oversee one of the largest apartment complexes in the state of Michigan. In the last 5 years, Drew has been helping clients achieve the "American Dream" as one of the top producing Executive Mortgage Bankers at Rocket Mortgage. These combined roles have helped Drew master skills of communication, active listening, and problem solving to find solutions that others often overlook. Drew is obsessed with finding a better, cost effective way for his clients.
Drew is a proud father and husband to his wife Sarah. When he is not helping clients, you can find him coaching his son, Kosta, on the basketball court, having tea parties and dress up with his daughter Hazel, or crawling around after his youngest son, Roman. He also takes part in many sporting and recreational activities, such as basketball, golf, bowling, snowboarding, and lifting weights. Aside from that you can catch Drew at sporting events, concerts, or enjoying a drink or two with friends and family, especially outdoors when the sun is out.
Bill is a 1992 graduate of Michigan State University from the School of Social Science with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Criminal Justice.
Bill has over 20 years of experience in the property and casualty industry working for two large regional carriers in sales, marketing and underwriting. Cincinnati Insurance Companies (Senior Regional Director, Regional Director, Field Rep., State Agent) for 13 years. Auto Owners Insurance (Commercial lines underwriter and Marketing representative) for 4 years. Bill's commercial lines underwriting and sales experience affords him a unique perspective on writing large and small commercial risks.
Bill has attained the designations, Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Licensed Insurance Counselor (LIC).
Bill also has experience in residential property management (4 years) and manufacturing (3 years) prior to his insurance career.
Bill lives in Rochester, MI with his wife Jennifer and three children. When not working he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching basketball, track & field and participating in all things sports. Bill is a varsity letter winner from Michigan State University in Track and Field.
Chris Beardslee is a 2003 graduate of Michigan State University, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Having worked as an account executive since graduating, Chris has a proven track record of dedication to his customers and commitment to customer service. Chris takes great pride in working with business owners to develop a strategic plan that will allow them to achieve their risk management objectives.
When Chris is not working he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, dog, and two sons. He also takes part in many sporting activities, such as kickball, bowling, and golf; along with recreational activities like jogging and biking. During his college career, Chris worked with the Michigan State University football team earning a varsity letter and creating a diehard Spartan Fan.
Chris has developed programs for the Golf Course, Senior Care, Commercial Cleaning, Cannabis, and Restaurant industries. Additionally, Chris has partnered with Paul Kosmal to roll out a national Brewery, Distillery, and Winery program. Having a solid understanding of these highly specialized industries has made Chris uniquely qualified to help his clients develop risk management programs that are customized specifically to their business needs.
As a current member of the Michigan Golf Course Association, The Michigan Brewers Guild, The Association of Builders and Contractors, The Home Builders Association of Southeast Michigan, and The Michigan Restaurant Association he is one of only a few insurance agents approved to represent some very unique Self-Insured workers compensation programs for these industries.

Jayson is a 1994 graduate of Western Michigan University, with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales and Marketing. He has 20+ years experience in the commercial property and casualty industry and has been an integral part of Allied Insurance Managers' success.
Jayson has a proven track record of dedication and commitment to excellence. He takes great pride in helping business owners develop a strategic plan to help them achieve their risk management objectives and reduce their overall cost of insurance.
In addition to his broad general knowledge of insurance, Jayson has developed an expertise in insuring Fire Protection Contractors. Having a solid understanding of this highly specialized industry has made him uniquely qualified to help his clients develop risk management programs that are customized specifically to the fire protection industry.
He currently insures over 200+ fire protection contractors throughout the Midwest and Nationally including Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Texas, New York, New Jersey, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Colorado, Arizona and Kansas. When Jayson is not working he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 4 children. He is also an active participant in his church and community. When time allows he also enjoys fly fishing, backpacking, camping, basketball, golf, traveling, good food and wine.

Justin is an energetic problem-solver with over 20 years of real-world experience helping clients achieve their critical business goals. He spent the first decade or so of his professional career working for major national companies such as CBS Radio, Cox Enterprises, Kelley Blue Book, and Autotrader.com, managing client accounts in multiple key markets across the country.
Justin works with a broad range of clientele. His experience has helped familiarize him with the various risks associated with many different industries. He is devoted to establishing himself as a valued consultant for each of his customers. Justin is a life-long learner and proud graduate of Central Michigan University. He also earned his Master's Degree in Business Administration.
He enjoys spending time with his wife Veronica, his family, and his dog Lil' Pete. He loves the outdoors, music, live concerts, and discovering new foods from all cultures.

Lawrence is a graduate of Grand Valley State University. He has worked in multiple industries - from moving to North Dakota to work in the oilfields at age 19 to being a minor league baseball mascot for the West Michigan Whitecaps. Most recently, Lawrence spent over half a decade in the mortgage industry as one of the top President Club Bankers at Rocket Mortgage. These combined experiences have introduced him to every industry imaginable and have made him quick on the draw when it comes to problem solving and finding resolutions that other people may not. Lawrence has a passion for his clients and focuses on relationship building, digging deep to ensure he's offering custom solutions to meet their needs.
After growing up in northern Wisconsin and the beautiful U.P. (causing him to be a lover of the outdoors and to think that the snow down here is nothing more than a light dusting), Lawrence now loves being in the metro Detroit area. He lives locally here in Rochester with his wife and his two rescue dogs, Ranger and Stevie. When he's not working, he enjoys watching sports (though he is a Packer and a Buckeye fan), spending time with family, going to concerts, and he will most definitely get back into working out and eating healthy - starting next month.

Matt McDonald is a graduate of Michigan State University with post-graduate classes in finance at Walsh College. Matt does a great deal of work in the group benefits area, specializing in customized employee benefit plans for company's with 10-500 employees. He believes that each of his clients are unique and deserve individualized attention to create the right benefits program. Matt leverages his relationships with various insurance carriers to further reduce the overall cost of his clients employee benefit programs.

Michael is a proud graduate of Wayne State University's Mike Ilitch School of Business where he earned a degree in Marketing and Sales management. Michael has been a licensed insurance producer since 2008 earning both his Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
Michael has collaborated with all different sized clients from a startup to publicly traded companies, providing insurance solutions to meet their insurance needs. The one thing that he enjoys the most is meeting new people and building lasting relationships. He has worked with manufacturing, contractors, distributors, food & agricultural, and financial institution clients throughout his insurance career. He looks forward to consulting with you on your insurance needs.
Michael is an immensely proud father of two his daughter Cailey and his son Connor. He is a lifelong resident of the Grosse Pointe area and really enjoys the waterfront parks during the summer season. He has been heavily involved as a coach/mentor in the Grosse Pointe Little League, Little Caesars travel baseball, and the Grosse Pointe Redbirds baseball club. Also, he enjoys watching his favorite sports teams compete and is a huge fan of the Michigan Wolverines plus all the Detroit sports teams.

Paul began his insurance career as an underwriter with The Cincinnati Insurance Company. During his time with Cincinnati Insurance he managed the downtown Chicago territory, quickly earning the position of Senior Underwriter. In 2009, Paul joined Allied Insurance Managers, becoming one of few agents with insurance company and broker experience. Paul has served in several capacities with Allied. Currently, as a partner, Paul oversees all functions of the marketing, advertising and IT departments.
Paul believes in professional development and it is reflected in the advanced insurance designations he has earned, Certified Insurance Counselor, Licensed Insurance Counselor & Certified Professional Insurance Agent. Paul is a 1974 graduate of Wayne State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Math and Psychology. As one of the founding partners of Allied Insurance Managers, Paul plays an integral role in the acquisition and retention of the company's vast commercial client base.
With extensive knowledge in commercial insurance, Paul has dedicated his career to advising a broad range of clients on the best solutions to fit their business insurance needs. Focusing on trust and communication, he takes pride in building strong client relationships by bringing a personal approach to the technical aspects of insurance.
Prior to Allied Insurance Managers, Paul served as a commercial underwriter and underwriting manager for 12 years. During his 37 years in the insurance industry, Paul has developed an expertise in commercial insurance and specializes in risk management techniques and self-insurance programs.
Paul's cohesive network of contacts within the industry allows him the opportunity to blend the strengths of others into a strategic solution where both parties walk away winners. In addition to his many years servicing his clients, Paul has been an active participant on insurance carrier advisory boards, providing insight on how best to fulfill their marketing objectives and better meet the needs of the consumer.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys traveling with his wife of 40 years, playing golf and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He is a dedicated sports enthusiast, and has a deep appreciation for good food and wine, music, culture and the city of Detroit.

Rob is a 2001 graduate of Central Michigan University, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He started his career in the Supply Chain industry and has spent 13 of the last 22 years working for some of the most recognizable names in trucking/transportation space, most recently serving as Managing Director of Midwest Operations for England Logistics. He was awarded Schneider National's Presidential Award for Continuous Improvement in 2003 and earned his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt via General Electric's prestigious program while working for Penske in 2010.
Rob has also been a licensed insurance agent since 2010 and owned his own Insurance Agency for 6 years prior to working for Allied Insurance Managers. He is passionate about creating risk management and asset protection strategies for his clients. Rob is utilizing his experience in both insurance and logistics to create comprehensive risk management programs for the transportation, manufacturing, commercial real estate, contractor, medical and professional services industries.
Rob also specializes in the Fire Protection Contractor industry and has a great relationship with all the top insurance underwriters who offer best-in-class programs in this space. Having the experience and the relationships with key underwriters in specialized marketplaces allows Allied to negotiate the best possible terms and conditions for its insureds.
When Rob is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters on the shores of Lake Huron or on the side-lines of one of their Michigan Stars FC soccer games. He is an avid sports fan and loves to golf, work-out, play soccer and play guitar. He serves as an elected officer at a local non-profit and sits on the board of its charitable foundation.
Ron Kosmal is a former sailor in the U.S. Navy, having served aboard the USS Coral Sea (CVA 43) during the Vietnam War. He is a 1976 Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Wayne State University.
Ron spent five years developing insurance and risk management skills as a commercial account underwriter and commercial underwriting manager with the Kemper and Royal Insurance Companies. He went on to become a successful Commercial Insurance Agent with Johnston, Lewis, Kramer and Kelsey and is one of the original founders of Allied Insurance Managers, Inc. in 1987.
His daily activities focus upon the insurance, bonding and risk management needs of his extensive group of new and existing customers. They include a broad array of general business, construction, and industrial clientele. Risk evaluation, claims analysis and management, financial analysis, risk transfer, loss control, safety programs, and risk avoidance are some of the tools that he employs to assist with their needs. Insurance solutions are provided via our extensive array of Admitted and Non-Admitted Insurance Companies representing all aspects of insurance endeavor.
As an active member of senior management, Ron is responsible for the overall direction of the agency.
Over the years, Ron has served many Insurance Companies as a selected member of their prestigious "Producer Advisory Councils". He currently serves in this capacity for The Accident Fund Company and Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company.
Ron makes his home in Clinton Township, Michigan with his wife of thirty-three years, Colleen. They are the parents of three adult sons all of whom reside in the Detroit Metropolitan area. He is proud to serve as a member of the Pastoral Council of St. Paul of Tarsus Catholic Church and professes to "owe everything to God through my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ."

As a University of Michigan-Dearborn graduate, Sam obtained a double major in accounting and information technology, from the College of Business.
Partnering with his two brothers, their goal was to create an accounting practice, CommonWealth, to cater to our client's needs in their area of expertise. Offering exceptional client services through accounting and bookkeeping, business planning, business creation and development, payroll services, and tax services. To ensure that their clients receive further care and services, he acquired his insurance license and partnered with a company that envisioned the direction that they were headed.
