At Alliance since 2016, Aaron utilizes sales and engineering tools to confirm the best cost for any customer project. The 13-year industry veteran works with customers and designers to determine a project's scope of work, then coordinates with the sales and engineering departments, and with outside vendors to offer the best and most economically feasible solution for Alliance customers.
A 30-year industry veteran, Billy Poplin knows the steel business. And as sales coordinator, he knows that a big part of the Alliance difference is that the steel business is a relationship business. Now in his 16 th year, his job is to optimize the efforts of the Alliance sales staff to increase company profits and to maintain positive customer relationships and prolong customer lifetime value.
In his fourth year at Alliance and seventh in the industry, Brent knows the sales game. His mantra is "every project begins and ends with great customer service. If it's project information, pricing, design or drawings, providing information accurately and in a timely manner is key." Known for its superior customer service, Alliance is in the steel business but also the people business. To that end, Brent manages projects but his main responsibility is to cultivate and maintain excellent customer relations.

When it comes to selling steel, Daniel really moves the metal. And in sales it's all about customer service, which is how Daniel has created relationships with every Alliance customer he come in contact with. In his 19 years in the industry, Daniel has learned the golden rule of business is superior customer service, and that's how he landed at Alliance.
In his analysts role, Daniel calculates and coordinates large scale purchasing, tracks steel pricing and updates material pricing for the business model, calculates productivity measurements throughout the organization and manages communications between the IT and manufacturing departments. And on top of that he is constantly searching for the best material prices to pass down to Alliance customers.
As senior estimator, David manages and assigns projects on Alliance's public bid list as well as quote various projects for the company. With a degree in Business Management, his background is in construction project management and estimating. He has been with Alliance for eight years.
For Derrick, Alliance sales is all about premium customer service, before and after the sale. In his 15 th year at Alliance, Derrick's sales process is simple - he's knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. He covers central and Eastern Arkansas, Southern Missouri and Northern Louisiana.
Don has been with Alliance since 2022. As an estimator, he is charged with providing accurate and competitive building quotes for general contractors bidding on public projects.

As VP of Sales, Don oversees all sales functions and pipeline process of Alliance. A 40-year steel industry veteran, including over 30-years at Alliance, Don ensures customer trust and confidence in Alliance valued and long-standing partnerships.
A six-year industry professional, Drew has been with Alliance since 2017. As an estimator, he is charged with providing accurate and competitive building quotes for general contractors bidding on public projects.

Dustin joined Alliance as Sales Coordinator in 2003. In his role as sales team support, he provides a second level of customer service quoting buildings and consulting on building design.
Eric joined Alliance as Chief Financial Officer in 2020. The 30-year manufacturing veteran oversees all finance, accounting and customer contracts functions for the company. Eric helps ensure Alliance is the best financial partner in the industry for its customers.

Named Chief Information Officer in 2022, Jamie joined Alliance with 23 years of experience in IT ranging from ERP/application administration to data architecture and analytics. Jamie is an Oklahoma State graduate and was most recently the Director of Technology for Red Bluff Resources here in Oklahoma City. Jamie is responsible for the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and systems, and for ensuring that Alliance's IT infrastructure is aligned with its business goals.
A 20-year industry veteran, Jason has spent the last 15 of those years at Alliance building and maintaining customer relationships. In his consultancy role, he sells components nationwide.
Jason joined Alliance in 2020 after 20-years in the industry, including six in an ownership position for a supply and erect steel business. His perspective as a sub-contractor gives him a unique advantage in providing customer service working with contractors and design professionals from concept to completion.
Jeff has been with Alliance for six years and helps solve the challenges and puzzles that go into putting together a project from start to finish. He specifically works with the engineering and detailing teams to ensure a customer's build comes together.
In charge of purchasing and vendor relations, Jeff works with vendors daily to ensure the shop has everything needed to complete each job, and to get the best price and the best products in the industry. Working with each Alliance team, he provides support in customer service, detailing, sales, and estimating to provide quality control to meet, and exceed industry standards. Jeff has been with Alliance for 20 years.
Joe has been with Alliance since early 2023. As a Sales Manager, he is able to work with the architect and builder in early stages to ensure the design of the project meets the customer's specific needs and adds value to their project. Joe is over north Kansas, north Missouri, and Iowa.

Named Director of Manufacturing in 2020, John oversees the manufacturing process, monitoring workflow and assembly methods to drive process improvements. He also manages staffing, scheduling and training while ensuring that manufacturing performance, quality and safety goals are met. John works to provide a positive work environment that promotes safety, growth, and goal attainment in pursuit of on-time delivery and continuous improvement for Alliance customers.
In his sixth year at Alliance, Jose is responsible for all Office 365, desktop, and network software support companywide. He is charged with maintaining the flow of information consistent for coworkers to do their respective jobs related to the internal and external needs of the company. In other words, Jose keeps the company inline online.

Joining Alliance as the Human Resources Manager in 2022, Joseph became Director of Human Resources in 2023. Joseph leads the Human Resources department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.
Justin has been with Alliance since 2022. As an estimator, he is charged with providing accurate and competitive building quotes for general contractors bidding on public projects.

- Product and Field Services Specialist / Warranty Inspector
As Chief Engineer, Keith oversees all engineering practices for Alliance, as well as all customer facing project integration. Calling on 38 years of experience in the steel industry, he manages scheduling projects, training engineers, implementing standards, developing projects and resolving customer issues while leading a team of 12 engineers. Keith joined Alliance in 2019, spending the previous 16 years as Chief Engineer at partner company ACI.
Logan joined Alliance in 2014 after seven years as a Project Manager in the field for a supply and erection company. As a Sales Manager, he is able to work with the architect and builder in early stages to ensure the design of the project meets the customer's specific needs and adds value to their project. Logan covers Oklahoma, South Louisiana, Austin and San Antonio areas.
Madison manages Alliance's inventory control system, which includes maintaining inventory, data construct and inventory audits, inventory reporting and inventory reduction recording. She plays a pivotal role in customer service by ensuring the correct quantity and quality of materials is always in stock.
Maged has been with Alliance since 2022. As an estimator, he is charged with providing accurate and competitive building quotes for general contractors bidding on public projects.

On paper Michael quotes projects, manages projects after the sale, helps with design build projects and ensures Alliance customers get the best building for their needs and budget. But in 16 years at the company, he knows it's not about paper. It's about being available 24-7, going above and beyond to solve problems and answer questions, turning quotes around quickly and always putting the customer first. It's about ensuring the customer gets exactly what they need, when they need it and on budget. We call that the Alliance Standard.
An Alliance professional for 27 years, Mike oversees sales in Oklahoma and Texas. His experience affords him the experience to advise customers during the design stage to make economical building assemblies while providing exceptional hands-on service throughout the duration of the project.
Paul has been with Alliance for over 33 years. As the Senior Production Manager, Paul oversees all aspects of the Welding Department. Everyday he strives for a safe work environment, while putting out a high quality product. Paul has built and continues to build a strong team under him to be able to reach production goals, and create the future leaders for Alliance.

Richelle joined the Alliance Steel as Vice President of Operations in 2022. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing engineering and operations across Alliance Steel, ACI, and Associated Steel Group. Richelle came to Alliance with over 27 years of experience in engineering and operations management. Most recently Richelle was Executive Vice President of Operations for Hyliion in Austin, Texas. Richelle is a graduate of Michigan Technological University.
Rob joined Alliance Steel as President and CEO in 2022. He has over 30 years of leadership experience in various operational and commercial roles in the truck, automotive, heavy equipment, and oil & gas industries. Rob ensures that Alliance continues to build an organization and business that focuses on growth, continuous improvement and serving customers.

Rusty joined Alliance in 2019 as Sales Coordinator, where he provides cost estimates and building designs for projects working in coordination with the engineering team. He ensures customer's goals are met through economically efficient design methods and competitive quotes.
With a decade of construction industry experience, Ryan reads blueprints and specs and prices out metal buildings for Alliance. Being bilingual has added another layer to Ryan's customer service capabilities in his first year at the company.
New to Alliance and new to Pre Engineered Metal Buildings, Ryan is the son of a custom home builder and has been around construction his whole life. That experience comes in handy as he studies project plans and specifications to provide accurate pricing and time estimates with professional service based on individual customer needs.
Thomas analyzes and reports on the financial standing of the business to ensure cost competitiveness and profitability. Basically, Thomas makes sure customers get a competitive price for the superior service they receive. He is in his first year at Alliance.
Tiffany manages project schedules and client expectations for Alliance. That includes document management, schedule coordination with detailing/drafting, purchasing, scheduling and logistics departments to keep workflow on track. An 11-year pro, Tiffany ensures all aspects of a project is organized and running smoothly for Alliance and customers alike.

- Engineering Operations Manager
An Alliance lifer, Toby has spent his entire 24-year steel career with the company. He is responsible for scheduling and coordinating the engineering department, assisting with sales engineering support and providing engineering support through the customer service process.
With over 13 years in the industry, Travis brings experience with general contractors in project superintendent and estimating roles. That experience at multiple levels has proved invaluable in relating to customer needs at Alliance where he oversees all sales functions in the Rocky Mountain district.
Perhaps the main reasons you get the highest quality materials from Alliance is Tray Samples. Now in his 29 th year at the company, Tray is responsible for buying materials, RFQ's releasing materials, painting and slitting of material, inventory, rotating stock and vendor relations. He also handles Quality Control in regard to poor material, cost quotes and tracking MTR's for audits. All of that is to say Tray's job is to ensure that Alliance gets the best material for its customers.
If it has much to do with time and production, Trish Harvey-Edwards is probably in the mix. As Scheduling Manager, she coordinates Sales, Engineering, Drafting, Production, Shipping and customer initiatives to ensure on-time delivery, as well as scheduling the shop to maximize production and maintain efficiencies. And since she understands the scope of work and building plans of projects, she develops load schedules to assist building timelines and manages expected revenue with the finance team. Time is money for Trish and Alliance.

In her third year at Alliance, Trish is responsible for receivables for all invoices, payment posting, audit compliance, dispute resolution and credit applications for the company. The 20-year construction industry professional is very customer focused, resolving and customer issues quickly to keep projects accurate and on-time.
New to Alliance, the 25-year IT veteran is responsible for oversight of all company IT systems including servers, networks and applications. Wil oversees infrastructure and communications systems that allow customer-to-company connections in multiple ways, ensuring Alliance is always available even through social distancing standards.
A Sales Coordinator at Alliance for almost fiv years, Zac supports the sales effort through design builds for architects, engineers and builders, handles vendor buyout items and bidding and pricing projects among other things.
