Adam is from Maple Springs, NY and is a graduate of Maple Grove High School. He has an Associate of Science degree from Jamestown Community College and is a Level 1 Certified Alarm Technician. Adam started with Allied Alarm in 2008. Adam is an avid outdoorsman and also enjoys woodworking. Adam lives in Bemus Point, with his wife, Courtney, and his children, Robbie & Ellie. Alex grew up in Lakewood, NY and attended Southwestern High School. He began his career with Allied Alarm in 2016 on a high school internship and has worked full time since. Alex enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with his friends and family.
Annette is originally from Jamestown and is a graduate of Jamestown High School, Jamestown Community College, and Empire State College. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Annette started her career with Allied Alarm Services in 1990 and today is the company Treasurer. She lives in Jamestown with her husband, son, and daughter. Annette attends Hillcrest Baptist Church and is a member of Lincoln Elementary School's PTA. Brice began his career with Allied Alarm in October of 2011. He is passionate about working with new technology in the Fire alarm industry as well as video surveillance and network systems. He married his wife Amanda in October 2010 and together they have a growing family, currently with 2 biological and one foster child. Brice is very active at Conduit Ministries and serving the city of Jamestown.
Dana grew up in Ellington, NY. He attended Falconer Central School; and graduated from Jamestown Community College with a degree in Digital Computer Technology. He was previously a partner with TD Contracting before joining Allied Alarm Services in 2008. Dana is certified by On-Net Surveillance Systems Inc.(ONSSI) for Ocularis DS and has completed the Fire-Lite training for fire systems. He resides in Jamestown, NY with his wife and daughter. Dana is a member of the Jamestown YMCA where he enjoys working out and is also a member of the Jamestown War-Vets. He enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.

Debbie was born and raised in Chautauqua County. After working for many years in the restaurant and retail business, she started working at Allied Alarm Services in 1998. Debbie resides in Falconer with her husband and dog. She has one son, 5 stepchildren, 13 grandchildren, and an ever-increasing number of great grandchildren. Debbie attends Clarks Corners Community Church where she enjoys helping with children's church and Vacation Bible School. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and geocaching. Devin began his career with Allied Alarm in 2015. He is from Bemus Point NY. He attended Maple Grove Jr/Sr High school, graduating in 2001. After graduating he attended Ohio Technical College in Cleveland OH. There he earned a certificate in automotive technology. Over the next few years Devin worked a few jobs in a couple different career fields before finding his spot on the Allied team. Devin enjoys being outdoors doing things like hunting, fishing, golfing and snowmobiling.
Eric began his career with Allied Alarm in October of 2014. He is native of Ashville, NY. He is a graduate of Brocton Central High School. He attended Wyoming Technical Institute where he obtained A.A.S in Applied Service Management. Eric is a ESA Certified Level 1 Alarm Technician and certified in Video System Technologies. He currently resides in Celoron with his son. When not working he enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with family & friends.
Kelly was born and raised in Kiantone, NY. She is a graduate of Frewsburg Central School and Jamestown Community College with an Associates degree in Business Administration. She currently lives in Frewsburg with her husband Cory, one dog and two cats. Kelly joined the Allied Alarm team in the fall of 2018 and when she is not working she enjoys painting, crafting, camping and going to the Buffalo Bills games. She is a social member with the Frewsburg Fire Department.
Mike is originally from Bellbrook Ohio and attended college at Wright State University majoring in communications. He first entered the alarm industry in 1984 as a sales consultant with Cable Guard of Dayton. Mike started his career with Allied Alarm in 1986 as General Manager, today he is President/Owner. Mike has earned the designation of Level III in Fire Alarm Systems from NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies). He resides in Bemus Point with his wife, they have three adult daughters, a son-in-law and two grandsons. Mike attends Bemus Point United Methodist Church where he serves on the Finance Team, is on the board of directors for the United Way of Southern Chautauqua County, and is a member of the Jamestown Rotary Club. Norman is from Jamestown, NY. He attended Jamestown High School and graduated Jamestown Community College with an A.A.S in Computer Science. After working in the IT industry for 8 years, Norman started with Allied Alarm in 2018. Norman currently resides in Jamestown and is also a member of the Celoron Fire Department.
Pamela started with Allied Alarm Services in 1998; she has over twenty years of experience in fire alarm design and project management. She holds a master's degree from St. Bonaventure University and has earned the designation of Level III in Fire Alarm Systems from NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies). She resides in Jamestown with her daughter, attends Bemus Point United Methodist Church and serves on the board of the Chautauqua Region Community Foundation. Tom has been with Allied Alarm Services since December 1998. He comes to work at AAS with degrees in engineering and electrical engineering. He has earned the designation of Level II in Fire Alarm Systems from NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies). A native of Frewsburg, NY, Tom graduated from Frewsburg High School. He currently lives in Gerry with his loving wife and daughter.
