A versatile accounting and operations management professional, Amy Boselie holds the dual role of Allied Business Systems' Director of Human Resources and Accounting. Amy has over 22 years of experience in human resource management and over 15 years in accounting administration. Amy manages all areas of the company's HR needs and functions including the oversight of ABS' administrative personnel. Amy also directs and organizes all general accounting activities of ABS' accounting staff. Amy provides expert coordination of the company's business operations needs. She focuses on internal and external customer service as well as on cost efficiency in meeting the company's near and long-term operations and financial management goals.

Chris Hall - CEO, Chairman, President

Chris Hall has over 30 years of experience in leading technology business management, service solutions, and building customer relationships. His areas of expertise encompass business management, strategic planning, and the full life cycle management of the operational and technical aspects of service delivery. Prior to Chris joining ABS in 2016, he was the CEO/COO in the Professional and Managed Services industry, Vice President of Information Technology at the American Heart Association, Manager with Fidelity Information Services and various roles within the Professional Consulting Services Industry.

Douglas B. Watts

Doug joined the ABS team in mid-2022 and brings well over three decades of experience developing software and leading teams. He is a very experienced software engineer and has managed many development teams. His experience spans many industries and a wide array of technologies.

Miranda Price

As Vice President of Business Development, Miranda holds a leadership position in the ABS' Sales and Marketing area. She joined the Allied Business Systems team in 2001 and has experience in many areas of responsibility. Miranda is an information systems business specialist, having a green belt in Lean Six Sigma as well as a bachelor's degree in Information Technology. A strategic thinker with innovative ideas that focus on enhancing the customer experience, she is known for her passion for building customer relationships and is a true customer advocate.

Sheri Yawn

Sheri Yawn is Allied Business System's Director of Customer Care. Previous positions within the company include Director of Compliance and Support Services and Vice-President of Services. Sheri's prior experience in consumer finance, her passion for customer service, and her knowledge and interaction with the financial industry's regulatory agencies provides the foundation for over twenty years with ABS, most of which has included managerial roles within customer service areas. Within these roles, Sheri has also been instrumental in the establishment and coordination of client user groups which provide discussion and feedback forums to guide Allied Business System's future developments.

Ty Colton

Ty Colton joined ABS in the summer of 2016 as Director of Information Technology. He brings with him over 20 years of experience managing the operations of both internal and external IT service organizations. With a broad range of technical skills and business knowledge, Ty is customer service oriented and results-driven with a concentrated focus on providing the best and most cost-efficient resolutions. Highly skilled in hardware and network infrastructure with an uncompromising priority on customer needs, Ty excels in the resolution of information systems issues.

Wish Simango

Wish joined our team in 2021 and is an accomplished, customer-focused, and dedicated leader with 15+ years of experience managing staff and process while maintaining customer service expectations and productivity at high levels.
