Jay is Alliant Systems' Director of Development and Deployment. Jay graduated from Texas A&M University in 2007 with a BBS in Information and Operations Management. He has over fourteen years of industry experience including installation, training and support of the Alliant Route Accounting 2.0 product suite. Most recently, Jay was Alliant Systems' Implementation Coordinator and focused on making customer conversions go as smoothly as possible - without surprises. In his current role, Jay's responsibilities include overseeing the development department, technical training, conversion and implementation planning, and oversight and development of proper testing protocols.
