Bob is a member of the Commercial Finance Association and was the founding President of the Philadelphia Chapter. He is a graduate of Temple University and holds an MBA from Widener University. After his first year of college Bob volunteered for the draft and is a Vietnam combat Veteran.
David Woodward joined the Allied team in September of 2012 as an Account Executive and Senior Auditor. David has more than 14 years of auditing and portfolio management experience specifically in the commercial finance industry as well as several years of experience performing both commercial and Federal Government financial statement audits with such companies as KPMG, Kearney & Co., and Carmichael, Brasher, Tuvell & Co. His duties include special projects and performing due diligence field audits on prospective as well as existing accounts.
David, and his wife Michele, spend most weekends in their RV either at their rural property in Morgan County, GA or chasing down a country arts or music festival. They are also quick to load the kayaks and no trout is safe once they have set up camp.

Joe is a Vice president - Portfolio Management with Allied Financial and is responsible for portfolio management and new business underwriting as well as operations. He has 23 years experience in areas of accounting and finance.
Joe began his career working as an auditor with a CPA firm, and he holds a CMA license.
Prior to joining Allied Financial, Joe was the financial director for two manufacturing firms.
He is a graduate of Hofstra University with a bachelor of science in business administration and holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University. Plus, for one day in March 1993, Joe lived the Hollywood Dream appearing on Seinfeld show as part of the season 4 finale.

Kelly O'Rourke is an Account Executive with Allied Financial and has been with the company for over 10 years. She is responsible for processing draw requests, posting cash, and reconciling collateral between our system and the client's records. In short, she makes things function efficiently and effectively here at Allied.
Kelly has an Associate's Degree in accounting. Prior to joining Allied, Kelly worked in banking here in Atlanta and served as an Operations Manager for a mid-sized grocery chain in the Northeast.
Kelly and her husband Tom live in Peachtree Corners. They have 3 grown children, 4 grandchildren and 2 dogs. Kelly enjoys being outdoors. Weather permitting, she's eating lunch outside. She and Tom enjoy boating on the lake, and she stays active playing tennis.

Michael Moore joined the Allied Financial Team in January of 2012 as Vice President and Credit Manager. He is responsible for portfolio management including performing due diligence on existing and prospective borrowers. He has seven years' experience in the commercial finance industry.
Prior to joining Allied Financial, Michael gained experience working for a large national finance company where his responsibilities included managing the audit team and performing on-site field exams.
He graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor of science in accounting.

Paul Goldstein has been in the commercial finance industry for over 35 years. He is the Chairman of Allied Financial which he started along with Steven Gold and Scott Lewis.
Prior to starting Allied Financial, Paul was the President of a National Commercial Finance Company which he founded in 1979 and with the help of Steven Gold and Scott Lewis, built it into one of the largest independently owned finance companies in the country. Paul sold the company in 2002.
Paul is an active member of the Commercial Finance Association as well as numerous local civic organizations. Paul began his career in Public Accounting with Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and an avid Bulldogs fan.
Paul has been married to his wife Ellen for over 50 years and they both enjoy spending time with their 4 grandsons. As a lifetime tennis enthusiast, he can almost always be found at the courts every Friday.
He also has a passion for travel. In addition to their general travels, each year they take a cruise to somewhere around the world for a rather extended period of time.
Paula Schumacher joined Allied Financial Corporation in February 2004. Paula's responsibilities include on-site field exams as well as operations. Paula has 15 years of experience in the commercial finance industry.
Paula holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Auburn University.
She is a big fan of college and NFL football. In her spare time, she enjoys baking sweet treats with her daughter and exploring casinos in Las Vegas and Atlantic City with her husband.

Pete Maglione has been in the commercial finance industry for 17 years and joined Allied Financial in 2003. Previous to Allied Financial, he was employed with two commercial finance companies gaining experience in all areas of the industry.
Upon his graduation from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY, he worked for MCI for 6 years assisting small and medium sized companies.
Pete is an active member of the Commercial Finance Association and is currently serving as President of the Atlanta Chapter of the Commercial Finance Association and has been an active Board Member for many years.
Pete is married and has two children who keep him busy with lots of activities. In his spare time, he loves to cook and can almost always be found around his Green Egg or firing up the grill.
Sandy Wingard joined Allied Financial Corporation in April 2003 when the company started. As Office Manager, she has her finger on the pulse of company. Sandy's keeps the office running smoothly and ensures that customers the fast courteous responses. She's the person to know at Allied Financial Corporation.
She has been working with this group of people for more than 28 years. In fact, she joined this group of profession as her first job right out of high school.
Sandy is married with two children. She loves spending time with her family, watching football, shopping and attending her daughter's cheer competitions.

Scott Lewis is an Executive Vice President with Allied Financial and is responsible for portfolio management, new business underwriting, as well as operations. With over 25 years of experience in the commercial finance industry, Scott brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization.
Scott graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. He began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick where he earned a CPA license.
Scott has triplet boys who are now grown. He has earned every bit of his grey hair. When not at work or with family, Scott enjoys collecting stamps in his passport and is an avid traveler. He lives in Dunwoody and has the shortest commute of anyone in the office at 1.3 miles!

Steven has been in the commercial finance industry for over 20 years. He is the President and CEO of Allied Financial which he founded along with Paul Goldstein and Scott Lewis.
Prior to Allied Financial, he was a Senior Vice President of a national commercial finance company where he was a top producer and co-managed the largest portfolio of the company. He began his career with Kaye Insurance Associates in New York City before moving to Atlanta.
Steven is an active member of the Commercial Finance Association and has served as a member of the Executive Committee since 2005 as well as serving as a Board of Director since 2004.
He is the Committee Chair for the 2016 Commercial Finance Association annual convention and was the C0-Chair in 2015. Steven is currently Chairman of the Chapter Focus Committee and serves on numerous other committees. He has also served on the Commercial Finance Association Atlanta Chapter Board for the past 18 years, including the position of President for 3 years and remains active as the longest tenured Board Member of the Chapter.
In addition, he is also an active member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Georgia Bankers Association. Steven graduated from the University of Maryland.
Steven and his wife Robyn have two sons who are both quickly trying to catch up to him in height. He enjoys all sports and is an avid fan of all of his losing teams! Steven loves exercise and works out every day. In addition to strength training, he thoroughly enjoys a good sweat from riding his Peloton bike. He can also always be spotted walking the golden retriever his family rescued in 2012.
