After 20 years of working in higher education as a faculty member, Academic Dean, and interim Campus President, Beth E. Wood, M.Ed., came into healthcare recruiting. Beth has worked in nursing colleges with healthcare professionals all these years, overseeing healthcare programs and recruiting and hiring nurses and other healthcare professionals to oversee various programs in healthcare and other disciplines. Prior to her many years in higher education, Beth was a health educator in middle schools for hospitals and owned a successful Medical Transcription business. In addition, she worked in the Department of Radiology at a local hospital as a medical transcriptionist for several radiologists.
 
Beth is a masters-prepared professional, having earned her Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration and her Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a concentration in Nursing and Health Education. She has honed her medical knowledge, business skills, relationship-building skills, and recruiting skills by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high-quality teams in the colleges where she worked all these years.
